I’ve always ordered takeout, Rarely have I gone inside. Can be a little pricey but to me the food is worth it. I also know they do a lot of charitable contributions to the communities. I definitely keep going back

Went through the drive thru and paid extra for chicken in my chicken ceasar salad and didn't get one piece of chicken. When they run out of ingredients they don't tell you, they just leave them out of your order. They are out of things often. Most times I go in I have to clean off a table. Seems like it could be a short staff/bad management problem. I love Bread co but I don't like going to this one.

This location is literally falling apart. They couldn't serve drinks today because their water softner wasn't working. This should have been fixed immediately. Or closed for the day.

Food is usually decent but 90% of the time when I go through the drive through my order is incomplete or wrong. Drive all the way home to Hillsboro and not have your meal is a real bummer.

Dissappointed. I have eaten here weekly since opened. They have forgotten chicken on salads / grain bowls approx 3 times. This last time I decided to called and the manager put down my name for a credit. Within two weeks I am back and asking for chicken credit. They couldn't find it. Asked me for date and who I talked to. No one told me I should keep this info. They could not give a credit to me. How much is a credit for chicken? $1.00? To keep a loyal customer happy.

We visited around 5pm on a Tuesday. Drove through the drive thru. Placed our order and was told we have no chips for a side. Then, no sauce for the bacon, turkey bravo sandwich. Had to chang the sandwich for pick 2. Also ordered Southwest lime chicken salad which is not on the menu. My order was wrong. I recieved half of Fuji apple chicken salad and a ticket that read pick 2 brocoli cheddar soup and Fuji chicken salad!! I am assuming the person behind me also has the wrong order! This happens at this particular Panera store more times than not. I can count on one hand how many times the order is correct. I havent been here in quite awhile and was hoping it had improved. Nope! Very aggravating as this is not rocket science. This would never fly in my world. How would you like for me to mix your medications up with someone else? Geesh!
