I ordered a pic two with two small drinks. This came to 29 something dollars. The salads are small and prices are way to high. I will not bother spending much more time or money at this store.

Extremely disappointed. How do you have a fundraiser for a school group and be out of half the menu? Families come in to order or order online to feed the entire family not to have to go to multiple places to get food and have no one answer the phone when you call. That does not benefit the group trying to raise money or the business. Very poor planning!!!!!!

Bread Co is usually a pretty reliable place. This one was horrible. No one had bussed any tables all afternoon. The plate return by the trash can was overflowing, and they had run out of both Gouda and mayo. Third choice sandwich was passable, at best. Needs new management.

I don't usually order food to be delivered from here, but today I needed it delivered. I called to place an order and was told that they don't take phone order that it has to be done on line. I get in this world of computers everyone is trying to make things more efficient, but I'm not placing my order online ergo I'm not order from here. Does that mean if I don't have internet access I can't place an order. Two stars only because I know the food is good, the restaurant is clean and the gentleman I spoke to tried to be nice about it.

I love Panera’s food, but whoever was working the drive through on 8/4 was so rude. It was a young guy, late teens early 20’s. He gave us our food through the window, didn’t say a word...”thank you” etc. when he asked for my reward number he didn’t tell me I had a pick 2 reward, his tone was one of sheer hatred for people and his job. Lately, the customer service has been lacking, but this guy took the prize!

My wife and I came to this BreadCo on the way home after camping at Saint Francois State Park. Needless to say, we were exhausted, hungry and in desperate need of something other than bratwurst and cheeseburgers. This location has SERIOUSLY fresh ingredients and their sandwiches have a 100% perfect ratio of everything on them. They were super fast and the food was delicious. So if anyone who works here sees this, thank you!!! 🥰
