Incredibly kind staff, WAY better coffee than *bucks, and so many more options!

We arrived at the drive-thru window and were greeted happily by the server. She asked about my day and thanked me for asking about hers. I placed my order and she offered some additional options that were delightful. I had decided at this point there would be a tip, regardless of what the latte was like. GREAT SERVICE makes a huge difference! And the lattes did not disappoint!! They were well made and tasted equally of espresso and flavor. It was not overly sweet or creamy. I would go out of my way to have their latte again. Kudos!

Barista was helpful in creating my wife’s and daughter’s coffees. They both very much enjoyed their drinks. Only complaint was a closed dine in area- -drive through window only… otherwise I would give it 5 stars…I’m from out of town(Hurricane Ida) but when passing through Madison again, I’d stop for another coffee. Recommended it to some other hotel guests where we are staying. Good job Cups!!!

Great selection of drinks with fast and friendly service

Cups is one of the few places open on Sundays in Madison. But don’t be misguided by the name. Cups Madison is definitely not as good as Cups Fondren. Baristas do not know the difference between a cortado, a latte, and a cappuccino, and coffee always tastes burnt.

This cups is awesome, it can be busy sometimes but it's worth the wait. Big fan of their coffee selection as well as their teas and treats. The people are always amazing they always bring good energy and help make the day better. Personal favorites would be the Americano and the Charlie Chan Cha tea with honey.

The coffee was great each time, however when I stopped by the 2nd time they charged me .95 cents to add milk and an additional shot when the online menu stated the drink included milk and one shot.

Not a big deal, but it shouldn't be cheaper to order online versus in person.

Love this place. The drinks are delicious and the customer service is excellent. I also love that they always have a treat for my two puppies :).

The staff here is always super friendly, the coffee is probably the best I've had in the Jackson area, and it's not overly expensive. All in all, a genuinely great coffee place that I like to come to whenever I can. Also, the espresso ice cubes for iced drinks are amazing and I wish more places had them.

Only complaint I have is that portion size for what you get is a little bit smaller compared to Starbucks or other coffee places when you order a large. I was trying to get a heavy dose of caffeine, and was little bit disappointed by the size. Not really a huge deal, but just be aware.
