These people are the sweetest human beings. ❤️ We always prefer to drink local and this place is in our top three in Madison County. Even if they didn't sell coffee, we'd still love coming here.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area . The Staff is always nice & welcoming ( on the inside or in the drivethru). The drinks & parfaits are always delicious. I enjoy coming here :)

Really nice staff but my friend got very obviously wrongfully terminated and refuses to do anything about it legally. Just warning anyone that wants to work here, management is terrible and starting pay is negligible compared to any other place in Madison, even Starbucks pays an upwards of 5$ more an hour with arguably more benefits. Great place to get coffee, pretty nice staff, but an insufferable place to work for especially if you get sick.

Absolutely delicious soy Frappes! I’ve been here a couple times and the service is always excellent...friendly, helpful, and with a smile. There are yummy baked goodies here (cookies, brownies, & muffins), but no sandwiches like some of the “competition”.

Absolutely stellar staff. They were so friendly and made us laugh and leave with smiles and great coffee. I cannot more highly recommend!

This has to be the friendliest Cups anywhere. Drove through to get a hot tea and everyone was so polite and so nice! Highly recommend this Cups. It's Christmas time and most people are usually grouchy but these young women were not. 5 stars for sure!

Great coffee and service. They strictly require a mask inside. They weren't rude to any about it, but clear you had to have it on AND worn correctly. Most places the employee saying you need a mask has their's pulled down. This staff all had one on and had great Hygiene.

Always a great experience here! The staff is so friendly and talented. The drinks are always delicious. You can tell the business is run very well.

Literally the best cafe in Mississippi, the only thing they're missing is a rewards program.
