Fast delicious and fresh. Wow, my first time at the Fisherman's Daughter and I was impressed. Great spot just off 61 in the harbor. Walking distance from most hotels. The Trout on the tacos was so tasty I thought I was going to need 2nd's. Come hungry try the delicious cheese curds and sauce. Enjoy, I will be back.

Loved their smoked herring with crackers at voyageurs brewing nextdoor! Fisherman’s daughter restaurant has great merch too!

We had their fish and fries meals. They offered two different kinds of fresh fish and they both were amazing! Also had the crab fries (loaded fries with crab, sauce and cilantro). Would definitely recommend to someone who wanted to try fresh fish on the north shore! Had some trouble finding parking but it’s the summer during the busy season so it’s what we expected. We had to do take out because we were running behind on time but got our food pretty fast!

Get the fish and chips period. Or today's fish. They are fried but not deep fried which I prefer. Love the dips it comes with. Only a few tables facing the lake but is a better option for larger group than angry trout with more outdoor space.

They carry my favorite salmon… and their fresh fish is amazing! Lightly breaded and perfectly cooked, they are the best!

Staff was amazingly warm and welcoming, food was great fired fish fare, pantry-type purchases have been amazing!

Pretty good. Herring was a bit dry but didn't taste terrible. Fries were good. Maple bacon cheese curds were not bad either. I'd probably ask for maple syrup to dip them in next time as I wasn't a huge fan of the barbecue sauce, but it probably wouldn't be bad if that's your thing. Overall, I'd go there again and try something else off the menu. They had a sandwich called The Pickled Uncle a couple years ago that I didn't see on the menu this time... that was the reason I came back!

Very good fried fish. Dogs are allowed outside. The down side is they do not have indoor plumbing. You go out side behind resturant. It was very bad.

Great experience! Very yummy fish and chips and chowder! We got out to go and had a picnic. If you’re in the area you’ve gotta try it!

This is the best fish and chips. I look forward to coming every time we are in Grand Marais
