Caribou Coffee

This Caribou has the worst costumer service. More specifically the older women with pink hair at the register. When I asked if I could make my drink a cooler she replied "I guess" which is not how you reply to a simple request of a customer. Then when I told her I was a perks member and gave her my information, expecting to use my BOGO 50% off coupon, she replied I had to tell her that to begin with because it does not show up on my perks. (Even though I received both a text and an email about it) So she told me, with a very annoyed and frustrated attitude, she now had to start over. Over all she was not a friendly person, and coming from many years of customer service experience, I know this is not how you treat a customer whether you think they are right or wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.

Caribou offers an atmosphere where friends and I can get together and enjoy a good conversation over a great cup of coffee.
The service is prompt and friendly and the West 78th St. Location is convenient.

A traditional 4 shot Machiato (espresso and froth only) contains a mere 30 calories. Add to that a drizzle of caramel for 30 (light), 50 (med), or 70 (heavy) calories and you have yourself a delicious and much healthier alternative to the competition. This I what I order most of the time when I don't order the occasional Caramel High rise which weighs in over 280 calories for a small. I order the large and don't ask, don't tell allows me to enjoy it.

Friendly staff, great coffee, yummy snacks, spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Only negative, is they don't have a drive-thru, but you can still order ahead.

They served me exactly what I expected, and quickly too. I was in a rush, and they accommodated. Thank you!

Consistently good things to say and drink. Friendly service. Comfy place to sit and always clean bathrooms. What's not to like?

Great place for EPHS students to study. Nice lounge, good workers. Sad that there's no dine-in though due to COVID.

I was kept up until after 2am in the morning because the barista must have thought decaf meant full caf. This has become a real drag on my day and good thing I didn't have a caffeine issue, because this sort of issue could have lead to someone dying. Very careless.

Always good coffee. It brightens my day! I love the gluten free souffle - nice to have a yummy gf option.
