Caribou Coffee

This Caribou location has so much great seating. In front of the fireplace there are soft leather chairs to relax and enjoy your coffee or to read the various magazines that the store keeps available. There are tables for two, high top tables, tables for four, and a large table if a lot of space is needed.

Music is playing, but not at a volume that will drown out your conversation. The staff is friendly and are willing to give some advice on drinks.

This location has always been wonderful to visit! We go there often enough our dogs just lead us there by default on our walks. There is some lovely outside space to sit and while there you can attend to many other errands like groceries, EP Liquor, and Patina.

No drive through, but curbside works just as well.

Amazing and better than Starbucks! I normally order the white pumpkin mocha or the mint condition mocha. Both are amazing as a hot, iced or blended beverage. There is lots of seating available and I see many people studying or working here. If you don't have their app yet, download it now!

I've gone to this location for 2 or 3 years now and love it, however recent change in staff has unfortunately made the coffee loose quality.

I always get a turtle mocha cooler as my drink, and the past two times it has been very watery, to the point where I wonder if they just eyeball the amount of syrup they are meant to put in? Rather then measuring? I have no clue, but I digress, I pay extra for extra milk chocolate and extre Carmel in these , and so not getting my moneys worth is a real bummer. Last time I purchased an extra large, and it was a waste of money, this time I purchased a large just to be careful and it was even more watery somehow.

Since the workers are still new, I totally understand them getting better or gaining more knowledge through time, but I think I'll be giving this location a long break, which is a bummer, cause they finally just started staying open until 5 again when they kept closing at 3.

If the customer service reps ask for details on the workers, I can give them, but really I think they just need some time and more training! And maybe some measuring!

Very kind people. Great place to work from

The inside of this location is a great place to hang out. However, as someone else has mentioned, the drink quality has taken a nose dive. Crafted drinks do not taste good at all anymore and the last couple times we’ve gone we had to throw away most of our drinks.

So incredibly impressed with the service at this location around 10:30 am this morning! First of all, the girl at the register remembered me (I've only been in once before in the last 6 months or so). She was friendly and professional, even though the place was relatively busy. Secondly, during the hour that I was in the store, two incredibly high maintenance and rude women came in. The girls behind the counter were consistently patient and accommodating and did a wonderful job of providing the customers with excellent service in the face of what I felt were ridiculous complaints. My kids and I will be back soon!

Usually fast and consistent. Staff is always friendly.

Good coffee. But they need to keep brewing dark roast for afternoon guests. If not I'll go to Dunn brothers coffee who has dark roast all day

Slow service and incorrect order. They were busy but this is the second time I've had a bad experience here. The first time they got my order wrong and since it was a drive up, I couldn't go back and have it fixed. The second time I waited over 15 minutes for a curbside order while several people that arrived after me got their order before me. I couldn't go in because I had my 2 young kids with me. Other locations have been doing better handling the busy times with to go orders. When I did get my order, it tasted good.
