Caribou Coffee

Ordered 2 dirty chai tea lattes, and both came without espresso in them, went back in and they charged us $4 for a single shot of espresso to add in. Plus, as other reviewers have said, the employees seemed too busy chatting with one another to make drinks. Not as good of quality as I have come to expect from Carribou.

My only issues were that no one there knew how to make an iced malted mocha, only after me paying for it did they realize this. And the fact they they don’t take cash! I don’t think anywhere in the park does but they should definitely make a point to put that out there more and let people know before hand.

7/24 at 9:14 pm Worst caribou in the whole state.mess my order out twice. Then give me attitude as if I was bagging for it . I swear she probably spit in my chai tea. It tasted like vomit. Make me dislike chai tea now.

Mediocre service, but correctly made drinks. I’m disappointed that neither the employee discount or perks works at this franchise location! Plus, I was charged $6 for a medium Hot Apple Blast (whip, caramel, cider, cinnamon) instead of being charged for the steamed hot cider that I asked for and received because they didn’t have the button for it like every other Caribou. They didn’t put much effort into charging me the proper price. Hence the 2 stars. :/

I love my caribou but this location has horrible customer service. Both the girl who took my order and the girl who made my drink seemed to hate their job. If you’re going to work in a busy environment, you might want to learn to smile at your customers or at least acknowledge them without having an attitude toward them.

Didn’t expect to not get the brewed coffee at the counter as usual, but my big grumble is the coffee was weak! For the premium price you’d think the coffee would at least be normal strength. 🤨

I love coming here but the price is more and they messed up peoples orders when I was waiting and for hot drinks they don’t have anything to put on the cup if it is hot

So I usually love Caribou, and based just off the drink they made, the Valleyfair location was no different. However, the service lacked big time as the kids behind the counter were more interested in carrying on their conversation then customer service.

Literally told me "they were out of blended drinks"

I watched them make another one while I sat there.

They finally put one near for me to walk to and I love it!For those of you who live for that other place should this,not only are you going to get good coffee but the tea is out of sight!There is also food and baked goods. This is just a place you should try.When you walk in it's like being invited to your friends place.
