Caribou Coffee

Very tasty drink. Service a little slow, but it was quite busy at the time I was there. So great to have a place to get a hot drink at Valleyfair on a chilly, late-September day.

This Caribou is located inside Valleyfair. I was there on my birthday. This location does not honor rewards perks so I did not get my free birthday beverage.

The line took forever and the drink was so hot that I burnt the roof of my mouth and tongue, even though I let it sit for a while. It still hurts really bad currently which is 4 days later!

They were out of 3 different things that I ordered, one of which was ice... I hardly think that this is typical but it was certainly annoying.

This Caribou is inside Valley Fair. It is open when the park is open. Prices are a little higher than normal. Nice outdoor sitting area.

After paying them $26 and getting the wrong drinks they told me that they were out of the main ingredient for what I ordered. When I asked for refund they refused and told me to leave.

Love Caribou! Especially this one. The people are great, the atmosphere is fantastic and the location is amazing.

I love the new nitro cold brew drinks, and the staff are friendly.

So so coffee and poor staff. I wished for so much more I'll give them a third try then I'll just go somewhere else.

Used to be so much better until it was sold to another company years ago.
