Caribou Coffee

Our family’s favorite go to place for coffee and doughnuts. Campfire mocha and turtle mocha are the best. Spacious seating and it’s fun for kids to draw on the blackboard.

Their coffee is way better than Starbucks!

I need to stop coming here and hoping they hired someone that actually knows how to make a proper coffee. Milk is always burnt and just tastes awful. My latte almost burnt my tongue off today and the milk was just burnt.

Very friendly service and great products. Love the northwoods cabin feel of each location we visit. We always love their hot chocolate and their fun cup sleeves. Great place to grab a drink with friends, hang out or to study or do homework. Wifi is good too.

Easy location to find and good parking, otherwise Boo! The downward spiral of poor service continues at Caribou. Some new foods but generally sub-par offerings, food items out of stock, and what's in the case looks old, dry, and past expiration. Service is lackluster showing no sense of urgency despite the four other people in line in front of me. Poor attention to detail. Lack of ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Coffee was great. Barista was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Unfortunately the service was unprofessional and extremely inefficient. My partner and I ordered a banana bread with a double espresso. 5 people ordered after us and received their items. They simply forgot about our order and made us wait. While mistakes happen, an apology would have gone a long way. That was discourteous and a waste of time. Not a great way to make a good impression with Canadian tourists. To make matters worse, the espresso was sour.

Please note the curbside doesn't work. Just sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting. Walked in and my order was sitting on the counter. I specifically ordered curbside and the app said to "hang tight in my car" If I would have done that, I would have never got my coffee!

Do not recommend using car side pick up at this location. The last three times I’ve used the app to order, I’ve had to wait 20 minutes to have them bring it out to me - and have to call to ask them to. They prioritize walk-in customers so even if you placed your order before you left - expect to wait until they have no other customers.

I dont recommend this location. This was the second time I have been turned away and told they weren't taking orders because they are too busy. Your a coffee shop. You can't spare 2 seconds to pull a lever and hand me coffee? Won't waste my time here again.

I was shocked by the service here. The girl behind the counter acted like I was interrupting her day, no greeting, didn't even ask what I wanted to order just stood there! Then told me they don't make an iced macchiato...even though it's on the menu...and that's all I ever get at Caribou. Then I get my warm macchiato and my cup is only half filled!
