Caribou Coffee

Stopped by to get food with my sister, she ordered her sandwich and coffee and I ordered a sandwich and asked for a hot water, I'm not a coffee drinker, and the worker that was taking our order told me no. She said they dont do that, but that I could order something that costs money and she could just fill it with hot water.. she was very rude.As a paying customer I'm not understanding. Seems like a gouge to me. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere. My sister too.

So my family and I first visit to Minnesota and mall of America . I was thinking of relocating here So while my family was shopping and checking out the theme park I decided to try a caribou Carmel cooler I will say that was so good but the customer service from one girl was horrible her name begin with an A . Her attitude was so disgusting and I stood there waiting for my Carmel cooler about 20 minutes she knew I was waiting longer than I should of but she didn’t give a darn. The manger notice I was still standing there he apologize for her attitude and the fact I was waiting for 20 minuets . He was such a great manager good attitude but she need to be fired and find a job that she is not involved in working with the public . Will repost to my site.

Caribou has really grown on me since my taste buds have adjusted to more of a mild roasted espresso over a dark roast.
Caribou is very consistent but it is very important to give great detail to newer baristas if you want a specific pour.
Recently one of the stores baristas allowed me to purchase the beans they use in their espresso drinks. As far as I know, after inquiring to buy Caribou’s specifically used espresso beans over the years (not openly sold on the shelf), this wasn’t typical.

I am really happy to stop by for a Caribou espresso drink, but really happy now that I can make Caribou’s espresso blend at home.

Loved the coffee, and cookie, absolutely delicious. Never been to Caribou Coffee before. Service was horrible. Went on 5/2/17 in the afternoon. Waited for the ladies behind the counter to finish chatting to take my order. They were dismissive, no greetings. I was clearly imposing on their time. I was the only customer in line. Two other people in the store. It was very unpleasant. I will try a different caribou, but not this one. This is right outside the Radisson hallway. Not customer friendly!

I decided to go one more time before leaving town. Glad I did! Young man and young lady were both kind, warm and friendly! Took the extra step on something the other employees from the previous trip did not do!

I will go there again!!!

Fast service, good selection, yummy food & drinks! They have 3 types of mochas...white, milk, & dark...plus various combinations of those 3. They have 1 vegetarian breakfast option (an amazing spinach mushroom mozzarella quiche) & lots of meat options. Everything is pretty sweet....literally contains more sugar than average...which I love!

First of all, the cashier acted like she didn't want to be there, which is understandable but damn sis you still got another 3 hours before close, at lease act like it especially on a busy Saturday in the biggest mall in the US. Then after 12mins!! They finally make my drink only to make it wrong. Didn't get anything special, then watched as 3 other people who came after me received their drinks! ... And 4 people working and a line of 7 waiting!??? ... I'm a loyal customer but damn! Really. Maybe they need more help or better management of this location

Worst caribou! When is ice grinding suppose to be for smart people! They couldn’t even crush the ice in my Carmel cooler or mango key lime! Had chucks of ice in the drinks! Don’t waste your money and they should close this dam store or fire the dam employees

Bought a drink and asked for a cup of ice water, the lady said he’ll give you a little cup over there and didn’t tell the other worker I wanted a water so I asked him for an ICE water and he said wait a minute pretty rudely, then he gives me a tiny little cup half full with no ice. Please fix your water situation, if someone buys a drink they should be able to get a medium sized ice water like Starbucks, pretty lame and don’t plan on going back if this situation never gets solved. They were both pretty rude working today 12/26/2018, old lady and young boy, it’s really not that hard to at least fake a smile or act happy or give someone a decent sized water with ice. SMH

Only went here because both Starbucks were closed! Staff was sort of nice but not very informative or helpful.

Ordered a small turtle mocha cooler today and the guy didn't know what he was doing took 10 minutes to make my drink. He made it but not enough so he poured it in a medium cup filling over half of the cup with whip cream. Disappointed didn't noticed it until I left so I called. And the lady said she will check cameras. Like seriously?? Yeah you better check because your workers don't know what their doing!!!!!!! Wish I could post a pic of my drink!!
