Caribou Coffee

A good representative of the coffee chain. Good service, prices are decent, quickly delivered.

It's was good food. Wait time was a little long.

Staffing was good but had to wait 5 mins infront of the register before i was told that they'll be with me in a few mins. I was like uhhh I've been waiting for a few mins already and 3 of you guys was with in 5 ft. Couldn't one of you guys have told me that when i first walked up!? Of course one of thise employees was of management level as well. As expected i was ask for a name to put on the order so i gave them name like any body would. When the time came they didn't even announce my order by name or by items. It was just announced order on the table. Luckily i decided to go check if it was mine because i a gut feeling it was. The food was nice and refreshing but the service needs work especially when their was only one maybe 2 orders being made before i placed mine.

Horrific drink, I have ordered the same drink at any other caribou and had no problems, I went back to have them re make it, and hey failed a 2nd time. Won't be back.

This place sucks compared to other Caribou's. I have been in there a couple of times and it always take 15-20 mins. Or the get your order wrong. Wish I could them no stars

I have a love-hate relationship with Caribou Coffee. The locations and staff are really nice. However, the coffee also seems to be oven-roasted in my view, and the prices are too inflated for the quality. In a pinch, it can scratch my coffee itch, but it is not a place would frequent.
