Caribou Coffee

So much better than Starbucks! Coffee is delicious and service is great.

The service was ok, but they screwed up the order and almost forgot a food item. My wife asked for a mango smoothie and got a strawberry banana. She went with it anyways, because she didn't want to wait for a new one. Then we had to ask for the cookie we ordered, because it was forgotten.

I didn't even know this Caribou Coffee was here. For those that don't know it is on the second floor down the hall to the Radisson hotel. Makes a nice meeting place because it is a little quieter than the other coffee shops in the mall.

Me and my children opted out of eating somewhere out of the way. We wanted to fill our bellies quickly and get exploring....needless to say we stopped here for breakfast. Very disappointed. I paid close to 30 dollars and recieved still frozen breakfast sandwiches. As well as the table we sat at was dirty and we were the first to sit there!

I came in to this store today ( first of all the cashier didn’t seem like he wanted to be their
Had to greet him myself
He took my order , asked him to check me in with my perks
I had to remind him I have a 120 points which I qualified for free drink
Then he said to me it’s your choice if u want to use it or not
I found that very rude .
Then a girl makes my drink ( which by the way she messed it up because it didn’t have any taste
I went back in she argued with me saying I did make it right
She re made the drink for me and it’s the same way she made it the first way.
This isn’t the first time this is happening to me in this location
Word of advice hire people who actually want to work
And know how to make the drinks right

Just turned off auto reload on the app after my horrible experience at this Caribou. Going to drain my balance and spend more at #starbucks (and others) from now on.

Asked for a glass of water with my iced espresso and they said they’d have to charge for the cup since the store was one of the busiest. Really? There was no line and other Caribou stores I’ve been to at the MOA, I’ve never had this issue.

Also on my espresso they gave me an iced americano (so was watered down). Asked them if it was espresso shots poured on top of ice and they said it melted the ice and that’s why it was mostly water. Really? I guess I’ve never had one before or it would really melt the ice that fast. In the end asked for it to be hot.

Nice location and good atmosphere. The drink was a little too sweet for my taste, and the service was a little slow and they totally forgot to make one of my drinks. Not may favorite coffee place but I would go back again if I was in the area and wanted a coffee drink.

How many idiots does it take I make a drink? At caribou, 5 and evidently that is not sufficient. After giving me only half of my order the barista walked away. I informed another barista of the issue and she proceeded to snap off on me and complain about me to five of her colleagues in front of me and the other customers while the manager watched. I spoke to the manager who apologized but I feel the experience has spoken for itself. I will never go back to any caribou and I highly suggest avoiding the brand.

Nice place. Needed a place to rest for a moment. Not at all busy when I was there. Comfy leather chairs next to a fireplace. Inviting.
