Every time I'm here the staff is friendly fast and accurate. Spacious location with fireplace central. Couldn't be better!

I love coming here and enjoying a mocha, but why is the fireplace never on. It's been close to 8 years. Fix it for crying out loud.

Great coffee! They have a awesome fireplace but it's so dirty you can't see it..and no Christmas decor🙁 sad...

Stopped there tonight - FREEZING inside. Barista stated the fireplace had not worked in years, I was shocked she said that.....Especially in MINNESOTA!!!!!! Did not enjoy my coffee while I was shaking!

Love Caribou chai — hot, cod, or blended! "Splash of cream" = splash of half and half to my disappointment.

Waited 20 minutes to find out a drink was forgotten only after asking. No refund or comp. Next time I'm going to Starbucks!

I asked my latte to be extra hot 3 times and they've tended to turn a deaf ear to such requests. I may not go there over again

This is one of the better Caribou around, employees are always fast, friendly and accurate.

Always have good drinks, seasonal drinks, hot or cold or blended, and friendly service! Usually quick service in receiving drinks too.
