Caribou Coffee

For how much foot traffic goes through this location, the staff really knows how to keep customers moving and happy! This location has the usual woodsy, fireplace burning interior, that can be enjoyed with a warm cup of joe. Stellar service given by all employees!

This is my third time coming here where I have to wait extremely long to get some coffee. I know they are short of staff but this is crazy! I waited 32 minutes to get my coffee. The time before I waited for 25 minutes. Not coming back to this Caribou.

Coffee was good as always, but staff was kind of rude, and wasn't calling out names when they put drinks out, even with 4-5 customers waiting for drinks.
Other customers were not following any social distancing.

Walked in and found no employee at the front. Walked to the far side to see if maybe they were helping someone. Nope. There was 2 just sitting at a table though. They called for the employee. I was than served and awesomely was brought my drink. That was nice. Tables vynal coatings are starting to come off.

I have been starting to come in here and I love it. The staff is always so sweet and nice and I always get my coffee super fast and it’s always so good.

whole beans. They will grind beans for you at no extra cost.

Like most Caribou locations, the atmosphere is awesome, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are delicious! While it is expensive, it's nice for a treat every once in a while. My regular is a campfire mocha. This location is usually very busy since it is downtown Apple Valley.

Very bad customer service. Also, usually at coffice shop employer remind for the coustomer close time, but this time I dont know what's going on with that woman, she turn off light while people sitting or working with their stuff and on that dark room she open the door let us out from the place. This is a very disrespect service ever in my life I learned.

Really friendly service! Very upbeat baristas, and drinks are made super fast, which is great if you're in a hurry! No drive thru, but lots of convenient parking and quick drinks so you can get in and out fast if you need to.

The lady here was super nice, I got a plain bagel, toasted with garden veggies cream cheese. I have got to say, I complain about al9t of places, but I cannot find ONE THING to complain about with Caribou...I love the Caramel Cappuccino, and i will keep on coming back...i love you Caribou, just .e a d you, too-da-loo!!!
