Caribou Coffee

The result of double shot Breve..
Always check before ya leave. This is why I stopped visiting Caribou. The baristas are too inconsistent and you have to purchase multiple, on multiple shots just to get a decent cup of coffee.

Went in for my “birthday “ drink. Well can’t use it! It use to be good the month of your birthday, now it’s only good for a week.
The cashier had to ask us our order over 3 times trying to get it right! Talking over me, telling me she was fighting with someone? We were the only ones in line now there is a line out the door. To put a bow on this bad experience our coffees were made wrong!

The staff at this location is top notch! Very friendly, remembers my drink, and gets it right every time I’ve been here.

White chocolate mocha always a winner. Better coffee than Starbucks in my opinion

We used to love this Caribou location but it has been going downhill for a while now. Our blended drinks are never fully blended, mobile orders take forever, they don't provide a carrier when you have ordered four drinks. The other day I asked for a carrier, as the counter was so crowded, and I was told to grab one myself from a worker who wasn't doing much of anything. This was also after an employee made eye contact with me twice and didn't offer help.

Best staffed Caribou! They remember their customers and their orders! They also make the best crafted press and Latte's!

I always loved the Mint Condition Blended Coffee with a shot of Espresso. It is always the same taste and quality regardless of any Caribou Coffee branch I get it from.

This is a good Caribou! I've never had a bad experience with either their customer service or my order. The workers are knowledgeable on drinks too, which is helpful as I visit only a couple times a year.

The employees at this location are extremely friendly and have always made our drinks very quickly. They even will suggest new drinks if you would like to try them! I have found some of my favorite drinks due to their recommendations.

Saturday afternoon visit was frustrating due to poor service and the chaos factor. Everything seemed frantic, they couldn't seem to get our order figured out, then they thought they were doing us a favor giving us a large coffee instead of a medium like we ordered. The large is too large for regular cupholders so it was just another annoyance having it spill over in the car. The coffee and cocoa were very good. Normally love Caribou, just not this time.
