BIGGBY COFFEE

This location is in the mall. Barista was nice but working alone and a bit busy.
The frozen vanilla bean coffee was the best we’ve had at any Biggbys!

Slightly over priced

Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great.
If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster.
Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made.
You’re forcing me to Starbucks…

I love the mocha mocha latte from here. The staff is very nice and make great coffee.. It's just inside Meijer and close the the entrance so you don't have to walk through the store unless you want to.. Great place Great Coffee and Great Staff😁👍

Ok Update of a Update May 19th, 2021

Was out in Petoskey needed to get a few things look at there a Meijer with a Biggby of course one of my favorites 😎.

I tried the smore's latte iced I liked it of course not my favorite like the sparkling strawberry hibiscus mocktail drink.
But i.like trying different stuff also I did try the horchata oat latte was good I liked that also.

The ladies were very nice an hard working will add photo 😁🧋🧋🧋

They better hope i never hit the lottery big im buying a biggby an getting free coffee for life...😂😂

The last two times I’ve been here the ladies have just had a nasty attitude. Ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and one was literally so burnt and mangled looking. Currently in Starbucks line for a new sandwich.

The way the employees are dressed (on multiple occasions) is disgusting and inappropriate for a business. They are rude and distracted.

I love biggy coffee! They have always got the best kinda coffee and beans!

They are supposedly open til 7, but I went at 6:46 and apparently you can't get a bragel sandwich because they already put their bagels away. I guess the bagels are in a locked safe that doesn't open til a certain time in the a.m.
Went back to get a couple smoothies to take home after grabbing a couple things. Guess they close at 6:50. Gates are closed and locked. Change your hours to 6:30 if you're gonna close early

Really friendly staff! Their WiFi is very fast!

Always enjoy getting my coffee here. So nice and friendly.
