I've been going to this location since it opened. Always very helpful, fun, and friendly. This has happened before but it's never been this bad. Ordered a fluffy clouds, hot latte. Plus an extra shot. Little over $9 out the door. And over half of my drink has disappeared. I know it's foam and usually I look a half inch of drink once I get on the road. But today close to half my drink was gone. Today, it was not worth the $9..... I wish I was able to post the pictures for proof.

It’s always so unprofessional! I feel like they’re rude and most of the time it’s 2/3 girls at the window acting immature. The reason I’m writing this is because a worker (red head specifically) answered us at the speaker with a voice that sounded like she was prank calling then got the order wrong, AND couldn’t keep a straight face while taking our card and would look back at the workers and laugh. She even spilled our drink in front of us on a different occasion while laughing. Never experienced such bad service at any other biggby and it sucks since it’s the closest to me. Id give zero stars if I could lol. Horrible

Twice our item that we get at other bigbys was made incorrectly.we are done with this location..........

9/3/22. My first time at this location and I will not be back! Cold brew was terrible and my bagel was supposed to be toasted with butter. Not toasted and felt like it was microwaved. Tryed to charge me $9 for a small cold brew and plain toasted bagel. Employee had to get the manager to fix it and it was still wrong. Service was slow. Never had a bad experience at any other Biggby location

Coffee was ok, but service was horribly slow. Spent 28 minutes with 2 cars ahead with 2 people in them. Thought maybe they were short staffed, but 3 people working. Looked like only one actually making drinks. Shocked they asked for a tip when I went to pay.

in line as i am writing this. 2 cars ahead and first just left. We are 14 min in line. This is everytime we come. still haven'teven opened the window to take the customer in front of us money or say hello. There is a line around the building behind us. Just pulled up. almost 20 min for 2 drinks. They need to get it together here. Ludingtion is not that far away.

Been here a few times now and service has been fine. Just ordered coffee, but so far so good. They even offered to make my dog a puppaccino. 👍

This Hart location has been super disappointing. Almost as bad as the one off apple avenue in Muskegon.
