Biggby Coffee

Definitely not giving this place anymore chances. The employees are not friendly, the lattes taste burnt, and they don't honor the weekly deals. It's too bad that this is the only location around the area.

Was disappointed they no longer carry yogurt to make smoothies. Had to get a similar drink made with syrup flavoring. The girl at the register was very kind and helpful but even she admitted it's definitely not as healthy and more sugary. I saw her put only two real (abet old/watery looking) strawberries into the "strawberry shortcake" drink. I imagine that's policy and not just her shorting us (we got two smoothies of the same kind). Just kind of disappointing for $12. All around eh feeling.

I was just there getting a Teddy Bear. It tasted amazing! The staff was very polite and it was a really welcoming atmosphere overall. I will definitely be going back to this location when I have an appointment at the salon again.

Would not recommend. Was treated like an inconvenience because we showed up at a coffee shop for coffee during business hours. Ended up getting $20 of bad tasting worth of a waste of money.

Serene was our Barista, she made us excellent drinks and was extremely pleasant, and overall helped to make my day better!

Great atmosphere and the baristas were helpful and kind. Great place to sit down, have a coffee and study!

Will no longer be ordering from Bigby on campus. The negative attitudes need to stop. If you don't want to work stay home.
