This place has very friendly staff, pretty decent coffee, and a nice atmosphere. I struggled a little bit to figure out my coffee options at first and landed on a seasonal drink. I normally love a peppermint mocha but this one just seemed to be lacking in flavor a little bit. It wasn't bad, it just didn't wow me. There's a large cozy space down a floor to sit and drink coffee. It is set up to easily be able to work while you are there on a computer which several people were. There was even someone there on a virtual meeting and it was not disruptive of the space and they seemed to be able to hear just fine. There's no table service so make sure to clean up after yourself! The prices were also very reasonable. I would come here again.

Very warm and comfortable environment. Some of the best coffee and pastry I had visiting Grand Rapids. (The cheese danish changed my life.) Plus they're always playing good music!

Fantastic vibe inside, with the perfect balance of early twentieth century architecture and modern decor. The baristas are always super friendly and their coffee is some of the best you’ll find in downtown GR.

Very nice spot, staff is friendly and made our drinks quickly, coffee tastes great. Looks like a very chill spot, we didn’t stick around but there’s lots of tables and space making it easy to get work done.

The espresso is good, ratio of milk to espresso is spot on, which made the Cortado excellent !! - Test Pass
The Ambiance is excellent, like the name , lot of cozy lights & chairs , folks can actually work from here.
Very friendly staff !!

Authentic cappuccino, like what I enjoyed in Italy!
So hard to find!
The space is friendly and the staff member I interacted with was friendly! So refreshing to converse with a barista instead of having that judged feeling!
Super place for friends or studying/work!

Place was tricky, had a few friends with me and saw there was no where to sit, kinda sad!! But then, when we pick up our drinks at the side of the bar, BAM! A whole downstairs for seating and lounging. The coffee was great, had an americano, and loved it.

excellent espresso! good vibes, cozy and they just started roasting their own coffee. An absolute staple to the GR coffee scene and I respect all that they’re doing :) Also lots of non-coffee options, fun pastries and space to hang.

Great place to work/read by yourself or meet up with a friend. I usually play chess over a coffee and hang out for about 2 hours. There's lots of places to work and different styles if chairs and desks if you have preferences.
Matcha latte is good and lots of tea options! I've only had one pastry and it was pretty average.

Great place to work or catch up with friends. Quiet, comfortable and the drinks are great too!
Parking is a bit tough, so if you plan on staying awhile park in one of the nearby garages instead of a road spot to avoid moving your car or a possible ticket.
