Very chill vibe, good coffee although the mixed drinks are generally too sweet for my taste. The hand mixed sodas are a real treat. I love that it's open all night. The only downside is the small space that fills up quickly, and the Wi-Fi doesn't have a whole heck of a lot of bandwidth. Overall one of my top choices for coffee houses, especially late.

I really enjoy your coffee but miss the guy that worked PMs. He was very entertaining. I'll get to know the new people. We love your place!

Favorite cozy corner in Grand Rapids. 24hr coffee with parking close by, fair trade, historic building. Free wifi with a purchase. Best coffee in Grand Rapids

Open 24 hours with an endless list of drink possibilities. A bit overwhelming for the first timer but just take everything in. Quite and cozy, mostly filled with college students or business peoples. A few outside seats are nice even next to the busy road. Some food options available as well. Staff isnt unpleasant but not overly friendly. Always left happy!

I love the fact that Bitter End is 24 hours, and the atmosphere is awesome for hanging out or schoolwork. But the service is awful. I've had a worker yell at someone that I let move infront of me and try to kick people out before they even have the chance to get a drink. They don't answer your questions without attitude. I've only gotten their coffee (which is great) so I can't comment too much on their drinks, but don't come to bitter end looking for great service.

24/7 coffee shop on the west side of GR. It's quaint with yummy drinks, however, parking is not easy. There is a side lot a block over most people use. They get a lot of college kid business for the free WiFi with a purchase, however, it is so crowded! They over packed tables in there to sit as many people as possible in their space and it's just annoying sometimes. You can't move without bumping into someone or the chair behind you.

I stopped by this coffee shop about 10am and no one was around to take my order. I waited for about 5 minutes and then took a seat. I even asked a patron if it was self-serve? Then another person came in and the employee popped out from the back room--must have heard the door bell this time? She was pleasant, but totally brushed off the fact that I had had to wait. Bathroom needs help--dirty and paper everywhere--also need to sweep the floor once in a while--huge dust bunnies in the main walkways.

My wife and I make a point of dropping in here every single time we come back to Michigan. There coffees are solid and the staff knows what they're doing. It's a nice quiet place to study or work. And it's open 24 hours.

Crowded, but it's nice that it's open 24 hours. Was there 00-03, and the cashier disappeared for an hour or so, still hadn't shown up when I left. Tried calling out and ringing the bell, new customers never got served, and left.
