The products are great. The staff, however, seem to be annoyed when customers show up. Just about everywhere is like that now. Must be how things are now. Mango blood orange creme freeze is the best.

every time I have gone to this location I spent 20 minutes at the window in silence and another 10 minutes trying to get my drink. Ladies are lovely but I do not recommend

I'm not a fan. Mine always taste like there's only milk no coffee taste at all. Big rip off in my opinion.

The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate a special order. Love they have the non-dairy options because I'm lactose intolerant. The decor is brighter than most, but still has the relaxed vibe I've come to expect from a Biggby. Looking forward to when Milkster is added to this location later in the year.

Worst BIGGBY by far. I’ve had so many bad experiences. I’ve stopped going there but when I hear other people are having bad Experiences Also I have to say Something.

It’s unfortunately pretty rare when I get good service here. I used to drive through every morning before work but the employees aren’t very nice at all and I always had to wait an incredibly long amount of time for my coffee, I seemed more like an inconvenience more than anything. I do my best to avoid this store and just stop in Lansing for coffee before work.

Good nitrogen ice cream, very creative, but quite expensive. I like how they let you watch them make it.

$8 for a coffee is insane. Starbucks doesn't even change that much.

Another great Biggby location. Friendly staff, clean store, seating and they also have Ice cream :)

This place always has a line and can't seem to ever understand you through the machine you order in they are very slow almost all my drinks have been leaking all over the cups they go bare minimum on flavor even if you pay for extra they don't wear gloves or hair nets the drinks and food is very outrageously priced for the size and presentation and taste and the quality of the food DO BETTER YALL
