BIGGBY COFFEE

So I go to this coffee shop damn near every day, and today I was not impressed with the service. I go here because of the convenience, and honestly spend way too much money. I get specialty drinks because I figure I'm paying for it anyway, so I might as well get something different. I spend over $6 almost every day for a drink, and sometimes twice a day. Today, the barista handed me my drink knowing it was all over the cup. I don't think I need to tell anyone I was not impressed, because she didn't even try to wipe it off or give me a napkin.

This was a drive through spot. Ordered the latte but it was more like cafe au lait.

Again I think the blended drinks/frappé are probably the best.

Good coffee and quick service. Almost always pleased when we go here and have no real complaint.
Update: the new waffle sandwiches are awesome!

Bigby has the best coffee around! Wat better than Starbucks.

They need to train their staff better. Every time I go here the price is always different for the same size and type of drink, they don’t listen when asked for simple things like no whip or a strawless lid, and now I’ve gotten the window slammed in my face twice in the same visit after overhearing that they didn’t know which drink was mine.

They made the drink wrong, I asked them to remake it, and it was still the wrong drink. I can’t wait for Starbucks to open so I’m not stuck with only a single drive thru option to choose from and consistency to be delivered in every product. If it wasn’t for my anxiety I would choose a local walk-in any day over this brick they call a coffee shop all the time.

Went through the drive through, we ordered four sandwiches. We noticed one was wrong before we left and we mentioned it to the lady. She sat there and argued with us for long enough for us to get irritated and drive away. Oh well, wont go back there

This is the only place I will go to get a good coffee! Nothing else in town compares!

I like that you can use the app and get to see all the different drinks they have to offer! I always spend some time browsing the new drinks before I go to order so I’m not holding up the line checking out all the new drinks!
