Love Bigby in Cinci. Bigby in Georgetown? Progressively getting worse. If it's not the toaster oven that's broken for over two months and repeatedly being told that it's "getting fixed in a couple days," it's Bragels that are supposed to be toasted but are instead served lukewarm with chewy and (seemingly) uncooked (or partially cooked) bacon. I'm sure that's not a health hazard or anything. Orders still take forever to complete. Again, it's a shame, because I prefer Bigby over other, more popular chains.

Biggby in general is better than Starbucks.. the staff at all locations are always more friendly, the drinks are better, and they don't focus on just the limited time drinks, you can pick from a much larger menu. The consistency is nice too. I can order the same drink from any location and it tastes the same. You go to Starbucks and order two of the same thing at the same time and they taste different.

I'm a loyal Starbucks customer but I just happened to see Biggby Coffee while running errands for my mom and the employees were super friendly and helpful. And the most important thing of all is that their coffee was awesome. I got the Caramel Marvel with an extra shot and the price, quality, and taste were great. I even went back a couple of days later while in Georgetown and I purposely passed Starbucks to go back to Biggby's Coffee. I definitely recommend trying them out!

I've only been there twice now and I absolutely love it. The line goes faster than Starbucks and the wait is never long. Very delicious coffee and food. I look forward to trying out more of what the menu has to offer. The employees are always awesome as well :)

New to the area and decided to give this quaint coffee shop a try. Super clean inside, fast and friendly service, and the coffee is delicious! Definitely better than any Starbucks experience I've had, and I've been to many across the country.

Good coffee and fast friendly service but how can I give five stars to this place when the price of the coffee is just as high if not more than Starbucks? I do not know much about this company. Starbucks is known for paying their employees college scholarships and health benefits. Perhaps there is a reason behind the expensive coffee at this place as well. I am willing to modify this review if someone points that out to me.

Pumpkin spice is very good. Atmosphere iffy. Air conditioning is out. Toaster for bagel sandwich is out. Frustrating to relax and enjoy. Taking it to go.

First time I went to this shop I was the only person there and the 2 mochas I ordered took 20 minutes to make. But the place was new and the staff was very young so I assumed it was just because they were still training. The second time I visited was a few weeks later. As I was walking in, a man and his two daughters were leaving and he was telling them it was taking too long and they had to go to be on time for the church service next door. The shop had 7 customers inside in total, and at least 5 employees working behind the counter making drinks. When I went up to order I was told by an employee that since they were being hit by the “church rush” it was going to be a while to wait for the drinks. I asked how long it would probably be and the employee told me that if I was trying to go to the church service that I shouldn’t bother ordering because it would be so long a wait. Which meant it was going to take at least 30 minutes to get my drink. Needless to say, I took her advice and left. The employees are very nice people, but they clearly have very little barista experience and training, which is why it is taking them 20 minutes or longer to get people’s drink orders out. They really need a manager on site at least to keep things flowing. When I went in this last time they were not nearly as busy as most local shops but were struggling to get orders out in a timely fashion. The coffee is good, but unless you have a lot of time to kill you’d be better off going to a Starbucks or another local coffee shop in Georgetown.

I am updating my review. I used to love this place. But they will literally lie to your face about coupons and how they work. I don't know about you but when a coupon says buy one get one free that does not mean 'give them a couple of dollars off'. It means one is free.

Aside from this issue their hours have been all over the place. I understand labor shortages and everything but it gets kind of crazy after a while. Sometimes they are very professional and sometimes they are not. I don't like that they are so inconsistent.

Love Biggby Coffee!! So many options to choose from on the drink menu. Always look forward to the Eggnog Cream Freeze during the holiday season.
