Caribou Coffee

We ordered the Spicy Mocha and the cup was only 3/4 full.

The only reason I give a 4 is because there's always room for improvement for improvement great customer service speedy handoff and off thank you

Wanted a good coffee while traveling I 80 not truck stop 3 hour old coffee. Not to far off the interstate, quick off and back on. We were heading west so off on university then to Jordan creek Parkway, simple and fast plus my coffee Jones is fixed! Oh and it is great coffee!

It would be nice if they could manage to put my toppings on my coffee. Such a inconsistent experience. Where are my marshmallows?

I went through the drive-thru today, and Chad was the one who took my order. Him and I got talking about how I was also an employee (at another Caribou) and he was extremely nice. Tyler was the one who took my payment, and gave me my order. My order came out way faster than I had expected, and they were both very nice.
Definitely 5 stars.

Great coffee in a clean and charming shop. Our last visit was marred by a poorly trained new employee who couldn't manage to ring up the food order. (And her nearby co-worker declined to help!)
I'm impressed that they can make my favorite old-school coffee favorites, but the service issue needs work.

Absolutely amazing service. I was especially impressed with Jen's customer service. She knew her regulars by name and mentioned the fact that they were in earlier in the day than usual. She is a true asset for the company. I would hire her in a heartbeat.

First time at Caribou! I WILL be back. The "Mint Condition " was delicious!
