The workers are SO RUDE here. If you go through the drive thru you are expected to know the menu like the back of your hand. They don’t have a menu for you to see.
The food is good but if you get a bagel and cream cheese expect the bagel to cream cheese ratio to be 1:2
You scrape off over half of the cream cheese. It’s very wasteful.

Coffee is 4 stars, prices are 3.5-4, owner is a -10, employees are 4.5-5 stars usually. Don’t even know why he shows up if he is just going to chain smoke outside and generally make the store seem uninviting.

Very cool, mellow place. Top notch coffee and great prices. Costs way less than you expect for a premium coffee house. Knowledgeable friendly staff to help you with your purchases. Also, they sell cbd products, if that's what you're in to. Very knowledgeable on that as well.

Went in with a friend, went to the restroom and was told I have to buy something if I wanted to go to the restroom. Even though I was with someone who bought something and my friends had been eating there.... sorry I didn’t want anything to eat or drink???? I’ve gone in before and used the restroom by myself. It’s because it’s a Saturday and the owner (or whoever the bald man was) only cares about profit. If I could give negative stars I would. This is absurd.

A comfortable little corner of campus. Drinks are pretty good. The food is pricy for the quality. I enjoy the atmosphere, but miss the upstairs.
Staff come and go, but the owner is friendly and helpful.

I've been to The Cup since moving here last year and I've had a great experience. It's a real retreat with a wonderful owner, great drinks and baristas that know their stuff when it comes to crazy coffee people.
[Warning] This is not Starbucks, their drinks come in respectable sizes with real ingredients. You pay a little more for this-- that's how business works.
Pros:
1. Original drink menu, few places serve Nitrogen Infused Coffee.
2. Great environment to get some work done.
3. High quality bagel sandwiches.
Cons:
1. It can sometimes get cold inside during the winter.
2. WiFi will periodically (every 1-2 hours) crash if it's very busy (20 customers).
3. Parking lot confusion, I've never been towed but a 90-minute rule is enforced.

If I could give 0 stars I could. My friends and I went to study and get coffee and before we could even get situated and up to order the owner came out and very rudely told us to leave and that we were “taking up space” if we weren’t buying anything. Except, I was in line to order and many of the girls were planning to order but we had just sat down. Very rude awful customer service and the coffee was not even great.

Gave it 3 stars for having outdoor seating and being dog friendly. I got the vegan head which was an everything bagel, spicy hummus and veggies. I wasn't impressed...the bagel was dry and tough.

Not a huge fan of their coffee. Food is good, staff is usually good. Friends have had a few encounters with the staff being very rude. I personally prefer the atmosphere, staff, food, and coffee of Two Cats Cafe down the street.

The coffee is excellent and the service is friendly and wonderful. Great is you're looking for an underground-y coffee shop. The dining area has both an indoor outdoor space, but you can't be there if you haven't bought something or if you're not joining someone who has bought something.
