It's really nice.
Been there with a friend. Smelled coffee scent right after got in the door. I ordered frozen cappuccino with hazelnut shot and fight club bagel sandwich. They were pretty good. Had a relaxing time there.

I’ve been to many many cafes in Fortwayne, Marion, and Muncie and this one completely tops them all. The decor is amazing and the coffee was genuinely really good and had a good flavor. Me and all my friends were very impressed. I recommend the frozen cappuccino it was really yummy.

Serious customer service problems. The drinks and food are delicious, but the morning barista makes it seem as if I am seriously inconveniencing his day by having the audacity to walk in and order something. Whether it's the obvious annoyance in his mannerisms, the passive aggressive impatient remarks, or the over the top sighing whenever I dare to order more than 2 items, I walk out feeling as if I'm in the wrong for existing in the same space as this guy. Again, food and drink are tip top, and it's the only reason I ever come back, but at this point I dread walking in and finding his pre-faded denim jacket and meticulously groomed stubble beard standing behind the register already rolling his eyes as the door swings open.

Loved this coffee shop. We let the barista choose our drinks and we got an iced dirty hippie?? It had such great taste!

Would give zero stars if possible. We have been coming here for years and have always loved the coffee but on our last visit, the barista decided to add a tip to our order even though we drew a line through the tip portion of the receipt. When I called and spoke to the manager he was rude. If they did it to me, I'm sure it's happening to plenty of people. It's not the amount of money but the principle. That's exactly what I told the manager. They don't care but I won't go back there. Pay with cash if you decide to go here!

Not too much has changed at this tried-and-true Ball State meeting spot. Called The Empty Cup when I was a local resident years ago, this cafe has maintained it's small town feel with it's big city taste! I had a frozen blended drink on my visit that put all others to shame.

The service was top-shelf and I was more impressed that despite a line of at least 6-deep, with people ordering food AND drinks, there was only one guy on duty. But, he handled like a pro and his attitude was second to none as he served quickly, safely, and with a smile. Since they got rid of Dill Street, this all that's left from back in the day, and that's alright.

My girlfriend came in and ordered food, and drink. both of which were very average. Not bad but not better than anywhere else. I went to meet her between my classes in their outdoor area and I had 10 minutes before my next class. They kicked me off of their patio because i had a tea. Its not like i was taking up any space as my girlfriend had already occupied a table, I wasnt staying for longer than 10 minutes and they did not provide any explanation. Poor communication and rude employees. I said nothing to the employee and did not cause a scene but you should give your business elsewhere.

The owner of this establishment is rude and screamed at me and my friend for doing homework outside. He could have asked us nicely to buy a coffee but instead he screamed at us and caused a scene in front of other customers. It was unprofessional and disgusting behavior from a business owner.

Enjoyed my stop here for breakfast and a couple of on the go coffees. Very inventive menus on the boards! Great location across the road from the Airbnb we were staying at!

Coffee was not that good. The grown up panini was delicious. People who were working were really nice and friendly!
