The Cup

Great vibes, friendly staff, great outdoor seating on a beautiful day. Was able to enjoy it with a bagel and coffee. They also have vegan options which is a major plus. Highly recommend for a good mellow start to the day.

awesome coffee shop, I wish this was here when I attended Ball State 😁

My family and I stopped at the cup while at Ball State for family weekend. The service was poor and the selection was very limited. They didn’t even have cream at a coffee shop? And no decaf which is all my wife can drink. I settled for what they had and my two children who were with me also got coffees but my wife had to go down the street to try and find decaf somewhere else. I spent about $20 for three coffees but when my wife returned to join us with a decaf that the cup did not sell we were told by the manager she could not join us in the outdoor patio area because she had a coffee from a different shop. We won’t go back because of the bad serve, rude management and the coffee tasted burnt anyway.

Excellent iced vanilla latte and hot mocha latte. Fast and friendly staff, and very cool decor.

I usually get the child brew nitro... I tend to drink it is fast there is no photographic evidence of it. Staff is friendly and for a drive through sandwich you can not best this place.The eggs have to be from a local small farm. The yellow is often orange... so damn good!

The coffee is really good but if you want a sandwich give yourself some extra time. Also credit cards are $4 minimum.

I think their coffee is nice. Really, 2-3 dollars isn't crazy for a drip. I wish there wasn't the $5 card minimum, but I get it.

Wish I could say something about their flavored drinks but I haven't tried them yet.

Their drip is great.

I love the table seating for homework and catching up with friends. I am a repeat customer. They continually improve the experience here and really care about the coffee house experience

The staff always has an attitude or acts like you’re bothering them. On top messing up the order half the time.

Classic Coffee Cool
Despite having to ask a few different ways if I could have a "to stay mug" rather than a paper landfiller, and having to return it for being chipped and cracked, once I finally got my lips on the joe I was impressed.
Ambience is fine, a little dirtier than the average coffee shop, overall a fun hang. Strange constituency of folks frequent here.
Good coffee good name humans are decidedly unmannered in this era.
