Biggby Coffee

The barista Dan is exceptional at all he does from customer service to making the coffee. He runs his team with care, efficiency, and speed. Highly recommend 👌 👍.

I went out of my way to try this place and take advantage of a bogo coupon. This place did not disappoint! I tried the Red Velvet latte and my husband had the Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla latte. Both were great! I don’t remember the name of the girl at the window, but she was pleasant. Asking how one’s day is going goes a long way! I’ll definitely be back.

From the food to all the different flavors of coffee, this by far is my favorite place in town. If Dunkin and Starbucks had a baby this would be it. All the staff is super friendly and I always have a great experience when I come in.

I had an annoying experience with the manager last year, and I had the same experience this weekend.

My medium brown sugar latte cost me $6.40.

I find it rude to ASK someone for a tip. Whether corporate says it's okay or not.

Before I've even received my product.

He asked me the same thing last year, and he was the one who made my coffee.

My coffe would have been over $10 if he had his way.

This has gotten ridiculous.

This is our new favorite place for coffee! Their coffee actually tastes great and they have sooo many different drink selections to choose from. The quality is so much better than the big box coffee places. They always have deals they put on their Facebook page to use throughout the week. The staff is very helpful and always go above and beyond with their customer service.

My partner and I had a tremendous experience at this location. The franchisee, Dan, has an infectious, positive energy and upbeat attitude. They not only took our drive-thru order, but also warmly welcomed us inside, shared their knowledge about Biggby coffee, like how and where they aquire their roasting beans, how our coffee purchase is going towards making a better world for others and really made us feel like we're apart of the Biggby coffee family.

It was a wonderful experience and I cannot highly recommend visiting this Biggby coffee location if you're in or from the NW Indiana area. Be sure to ask for Dan, enjoy a cup of brew, take a seat and be prepared to be enlightened with Coffee 101. ☕ You won't regret it.

If you like super sweet coffee this would not be the place for you.
The service is excellent. The owner is awesome.

I tried them for the first time a little while ago and loved their coffee. Although if you are expecting it to be a cheaper alternative to Starbucks or Gloria Jean's..don't. They are are pricey, however for what you pay you do get a fair size. I haven't tried their pastries, but maybe next time I visit that will be my go to. Clean facility, the staff though didn't seem to have been around very long as they were looking up how to make my drink. Hopefully next time they will be more seasoned and have everything down.

Absolutely delicious coffee! Definitely worth the drive to get there with road construction. Friendly staff also. Highly recommended!
