Always great food, two thumbs up.

This is a super fun and cute smaller restaurant in Batesville, Indiana. They have a variety of food. Handmade deliciousness is everywhere. Highly recommend this restaurant. It is very very clean.

Late to post this but during the Christmas holidays children were given a pick of a gift from under the Big Four Christmas tree. Our granddaughter loved it! I thought it was a wonderful gesture! Food is always good, too!!

Great steak and service! Never ran out of a drink. Wasn't a huge fan of the fries that came with the steak, too garlicky. But the other fries that came with my grandsons grilled cheese were amazing!!

Big Four Cafe was a great place for our family Christmas brunch. All the staff was very nice. The food was really good!

The service was wonderful. They had a wonderful stout from Indianapolis called Count Nebula. I had with my dinner. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, it was okay. Onion rings were good. My husband ordered the same thing and felt the same as I did. Kids liked their meals. Even their resident ghost Darnell made the lights flicker and turn on. Or was it the storm outside?????

We checked this place out last Saturday. It was our first time going here. The atmosphere, music, decor were all great. The waitresses were all super friendly even when our little girl started getting loud. The FOOD was 11/10 EXCEEDED Expectation! The lady with the blue hair I'm not sure if she was the owner or manager I didn't catch her name, but she was on top of everything running that place with pride & she was very sweet. We definitely will be making this our new to go place when visiting Batesville.

The biscuits and gravy Benedict was incredible! Great breading on the chicken fried steak and really flavorful gravy. The wait staff are all wonderful as well!

Chef Devin I love the original(?) kids' coloring pages. Tonight's was a cat coming out a backpack containing a recipe book and a spatula?! Anyway, restaurant is CLEAN, tables are spaced perfectly, food was well above average overall, except my son's chicken and fries (super salty). Service was excellent. Can't wait to try breakfast.
