Dunkin’

The drive through on s.6th St, Springfield Illinois is usually very limited on the selection of donuts in the afternoon and evening.

Yesterday, 2 stars. Hot coffee wasn't even tepid. Still drinkable but just not right.

I love their bacon egg and cheese crossiants,they are buttery and fresh everytime I get them.

Terrific quality and customer service. When the espresso maker was broken, they honored receipts in the future for drinks they couldn't make that day.

Couldn't understand the person taking the order.

I go at least 3 times a week to S. 6th and they are very friendly, clean and everything is always fresh. Morning crew are awesome. Drinks are great.

It looks all Dunkin’ locations in Springfield have the same problem! The service is too too slow!!! It took me more than 30 minutes to get box of donuts! Really?? They need to improve their quality of service especially in the rush hours!!!

Only decent coffee in Springfield.

Best coffee in town by far. The old fashioned donuts are awesome.

I waited for almost 25 minutes in the drive with 5 cars in front of me. The birds were having a buffet out of the dumpster.
