There was a picture of a mouse climbing on the doughnuts clearly at this location which has steered us clear of this location.

This location was right in between mine and my parents house, so we would frequent it when we would visit my parents.

The staff is normally friendly but we've had weird encounters with a particular staff member there with dreads. He was rude on the speaker and then rude at the window. We didn't say anything or be anything other than friendly despite this.

When we kindly asked for the straws he forgot, he literally threw them out the window at us and then shut the window and stormed off.

Outside of that employee, our orders are regularly messed up. Like straight menu items with no adjustments. Very often employees have no idea what the item you ordered off their menu is and then what you get is their best guess. It's very frustrating.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 breakfast tacos and latte. Tacos were not good at all. Staff were friendly but service and food is not to be desired.

My friend and I stopped at Dunkin to get coffee on our way out of Springfield. We didn’t get a chance to drink any of it till we got on 72. At that time we found out that the Cubs would not seal correctly because they were dented. Therefore we ended up with coffee all over the front of our shirts. I’m glad I’m back in Muncie Indiana where are Dunkin treats is a lot better

Believe it or not this is my first time going to Dunkin. We did drive through. We needed some caffeine and a bite to eat before shopping. I got a nitro cold brew with cold foam. The cold foam is just slightly sweet and is perfect with the cold brew. I also got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich that was equally yummy.

Service is beyond slow. I waited on the drive thru for 20 min for a mobile order. I was so Fridays I got out of line and walked in to get it.

The customer service needs to be better organized as they appear to have a good amount of staff. I found service to not be as fast as my experience with other locations. I was visiting from a larger city where locations are busier with less people working behind the counter at the various stations.
I noticed they lacked a system for speed among them. My friend said the location was new to Springfield, so I hope they get their rhythm down so the employees don't feel overwhelmed by rushes and the customers don't have to wait so long. The food, coffee and donuts were excellent and worth it though.

We went inside to order so we could see the full menu. The staff completely ignored us and never even said hi. They just looked at us as if annoyed we were there. Even the manager on duty looked at us as he walked by and didn't even acknowledge us. After a few minutes of this rude behavior we left and went to Starbucks where we received fast friendly service. I will not be back to this DD location.
