Never seen a ruder or less caring staff. Asked how long until more donuts and the staff wasn't sure and asked their manager... The manager with a huge attitude says Who knows. Um.. They should. I should note, this was a Sunday and not during a morning rush. If you're going to be a manager.. Learn to be a leader. Don't speak to your employees like that, especially in front of customers.
This place is the WORST Dunkin I've ever been in!!! Employees are lethargic, moving like zombies, my sandwich was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted at all. They have this "deceptive" promotion, $1, $2, $3, where for EVERY drink purchased, you get a food item for the sale price. If you don't buy equal emounts of drinks, every food item is FULL PRICE! It's misleading and unprofessional, so with this experience, NO Dunkin will EVER get any more of my money.

*update 9 months later* I have given this place so many chances and it’s still slow as hell and their drinks are NASTY! every drink I have tried here is disgusting. Between my family and I, we have tried many. Skip over this spot.
This is one of the slowest drive thrus I have ever experienced. The line wasn’t super long but I sat in it for over TWENTY minutes. Those saying the service is fast are straight up lying. The service itself was lovely so that’s what the 1 star is for. People just need to learn to move with urgency and not at a sloth pace. When I got to the window every looked like they were in slow motion. My hash browns and sandwich were also completely cold and it felt and tasted like it had been sitting around a long time.
There are a few employees here who bust their tails here, which is the only reason it’s getting a 3-star. The manager is rude and doesn’t seem to care if he shows his frustration in front of the customers. Sadly, his attitude has rubbed off on a couple of the employees as well. I understand food service is a challenging industry, but without good customer service this location likely won’t be here long.
I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a 50 count munchkin. I asked the flavors that were available to which I ordered chocolate, powdered, cinnamon, and the pumpkin. I must say I was fairly disappointed when I got home and opened the box. No cinnamon or pumpkin we’re given. I understand if they were out but I wasn’t told anything nor was I given the option to pick my replacements. Instead half my order was filled with glazed which would have been fine if their was any glaze on the donuts. Now I have a half a box on plain donuts.

They get your order right about 40% of the time. Today I'm locked in their curb on both side drive through and have been so for about 40 minutes now.

Ordered 50 assorted Munchkins, only got 38
Ordered an additional 10 chocolate munchkins and there was only 8 in that box. Apparently math is hard!
