Dunkin’

The employees are always greet me when I walk in and very friendly. The donuts are fresh and they put the perfect amount of jelly in them. I make a point to drive here vs going to the Goose Creek location.

The employees at this location are always friendly and courteous, especially India and Matthew the manager, the store is always clean and food is hot and fresh !!!! Highly recommended 👌

Forgot my wallet at home and had to pull off to the side to set up a different payment method on my account! Didn't phase the gentleman at the window who was very patient and polite! And to top it off, the coffee here is always awesome!

Waited in line over 30 min. HARDLY had any donuts I wanted.

Waiting in line for 5 minutes and nobody said can I help you. Instead they continue to ignore customer.

Manager please train the team to approach every customer with a smile and say hi! This is the Last time I come here and truly the counters are dirty and sticky.

It's a little smaller than the other nearby Dunkin, but the place is well laid out, the menu is extensive, there is seating and the staff is helpful & inviting.

The fact the donuts are excellent is another reason I will keep this place near the top of my list

Literally the worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. Waited almost an actual half hour in the drive thru for three coffees - get to the window and the snotty little girl tells me that stevia doesn’t actually come in it and I’ll have to pull over and add it myself, and then gives me nothing to stir it with. Pretty sure milk and sugar don’t come on coffee eOther and have to be added.
Won’t be back to this one.

Touch screen kiosk; only 2 items listed on tap when more were available. Staff friendly and accommodating for decaf ice tea. Bagel bites yummy and donut fresh.

Mobile ordering available for "walk-in" but doors locked with no sign indicating inside is closed. Defeats the purpose of mobile ordering if you have to sit in the slow moving drive thru line anyway.
