Very slow service!! You wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru. Only go to this location if your willing to be late to wherever your going or you don't have a time schedule to follow!!

One of my favorite places for coffee! Their customer service and knowledge of their products is excellent!
Their drive-thru team is very friendly.. especially Jack! Very polite and professional young man!

Accurate orders but man, they are SLOW. I understand being short-staffed, but there’s no communication about it. This has been true over three separate visits. If you’re in a rush, skip this one.

Tried the BBQ Bacon, egg and cheese croissant. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. The coffee, I ordered why a hot Cocoa Mocha Latte. It was awesome as well. Service was very good. They made a mistake on my order & it was fixed immediately and my food was still hot. I sat in with my family and it was roomy and comfortable even with it being 11 of us on a trip. Also has outlets and USB to charge devices at the tables, which was a plus for me.

Not enough staff to cover. Did not make online order correctly. Waited 20 mins for online order.

I had a bad experience there I asked for a wake up wrap and to not under cook my bacon because I went to another Dunkin and my bacon was not done so I asked them to cook it but don’t burn and they hand me a burnt wake up wrap so I took it back and they gave me another 1 with old burnt bacon I just threw it away .. I just took it as I didn’t need it any way . By the way the coffee was good

I work through doordash. Most of the service has been easy and convenient. It’s been an hour waiting on 5 items!! First they go on their breaks: leaving only 1 person to run shop.. never should happen. I understand covid era and short on staff..

Based on a drive-thru visit: I’m going to give this place 4 instead of 3 stars because the young girl at the pay window was nice to give us our original drink even after we canceled it. Although I don’t understand why there aren’t any combo meals at this location when they exist at other ones.

It was completely horrible not one person can get a order right..the management was even confused..my drink tasted like plain syrup..south 6th st sucks..go to Chatham road it is worth the drive trust me

They really are known for their beverages more than their donuts. Donuts. Just okay. Sweet tea, surprisingly good. And of course the coffee.
