Drive thru is way too slow. Workers are too slow and/or they don’t know what they are doing. 2 stars because the food and coffee does come out tasting good but 1 Star on service.

Been to many Dunkins, place was clean and even had cool decorations, staff was nice. But...they got my order perfect too.

I’ve had some really good experiences here during the day. Other times, I really do not have a decent experience at all. Tonight, I tried to go through the drive through around 7:30- knowing they close at 8:00 pm. Before I spoke, I was told, “We’re closing in a minute.” I decided to leave instead of ordering. I understand in food service it can be difficult to get closing tasks done when people are coming through, but I find it a little rude. I will still come back, but I’m not impressed with the customer service.

Previously had mostly positive experiences here, but today my latte was made with spoiled milk. Definitely will not be coming back.

Nothing like East Coast Dunkin donuts, Owner refuses to follow pricing guidelines for Dunkin donuts franchise charging much more for lbs of coffee for example he charges $10 for lb
And during the Christmas holiday he said there was no specials
but Dunkin donuts gives lbs 3 for:20
But last year he claimed this too and I caught him lying so I don't know. He also refuses to sell pumpkin muffins for some reason, (at that location on South 6th Street.) Which is a holiday favorite and something I look forward to every year..
I was so excited to see Dunkin Donuts go in
And now I don't shop there.. because of the owner. And his policy.
I've called Dunkin donuts headquarters and ask them doesn't he have to follow pricing guidelines and they said they've contacted him many times about this, that they received many complaints...and while they encourage franchise owners to follow pricing guidelines they don't have to.
So...

Daily iced coffee is a must for me.
Occasionally they over do it with the sugar free syrups and make it taste like chemicals so maybe stick to one little pump but make sure you tell them!

Something is "off" here. The unsweetened iced tea tastes foul, and has for a couple months now. I've provided this feedback via the app and online to Dunkin. Today I tried again, and it's almost sour. The other location in Springfield is owned by the same person, and their unsweetened iced tea tastes great, consistently. I want this Sixth Street location to succeed, but it's really, really bad. They need to taste it and figure out if it's a water problem, or something in the pipes or fountain, and FIX IT.

I can’t believe I have to give one star. This place is the slowest. Been sitting at the window, took 5 minutes to even get someone to answer me. Then waited 10 more minutes just to tell them what I wanted. If I leave early for work I am in this drive through for 45 minutes most days. They don’t care if you have to wait and even when I’m yelling hello? To get someone to at least tell me I need to wait and not just silence at the drive thru when I pull up, I’m left guessing if anyone is even in the store so I usually just leave. Like at least have the respect of telling me it’ll be a long time or at least that they are low staff. The unproffesionalism.
