Dunkin’

Slowest DD I have ever been to, unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. Even when fully staffed no one knows what anyone else is doing and it takes 10min or longer to make an iced coffee.

Update; now you walk inside and staff doesn't even acknowledge your presence. Only take drive through orders and mobile. Watched the clock this time just to see, literally 10 minutes in line. While drink after drink after drink were made for orders not even there.

They are always super nice at that location. I'm door dash and when I come pick up orders there they are always quick and super helpful. The order are almost always correct. I would highly recommend there food and coffee is always good there too.

So I don't usually write reviews but I had a rough experience here lol. So I ordered the butter pecan latte, the signature birthday cake latte, and the tomato and pesto grilled cheese. And I know it's kind of a big order and mistakes happen but they didn't give me one of the right things. They gave me hash browns which I pointed out was wrong and showed her my recipe. She didn't apologize she just ripped them from my hands. Then I got the grilled cheese and it was the right sandwich just not toasted so the cheeses were just cold slices. I was a little sad but just laughed it off and didn't say anything but I did point out my drinks were wrong and then a man came to help fix that. He didn't say sorry either and I once again showed them the receipt. I think they might need a little more training but either way the customer service isn't there either lol. I felt like I was inconveniencing them even though they inconvenienced me lol. Just go somewhere else guys.

Ordered 4 chocolate covered donuts at 8:30 am. They were all cold and tasted like the came out of a refrigerator. Not baked fresh even from 2 or 3 hours ago. Still have that refrigerator taste in my mouth. I expect better from Dunkin Donuts

Definitely a language barrier, kept cutting me off when trying to order and didn’t add sugar to my drink.

The ice machine was down big language barrier 😞 probably won't return

Delicious food and clean place, friendly staff.

Good for a quick pick me up. Use the walk-in, it's faster and you can burn off some donut calories.
Staff is friendly and courteous. Got some gift certificates for the holidays and they provided envelopes for all the cards. Above and beyond!

I love DD but this location has the worst service. Always 20-30 min in the drive through and they never get my coffee order right. Hate to stop going but I don't have the time.

Usually decent coffee, but oh my god are they slow. I’m currently writing this in line as It hasn’t moved in over 10 minutes
