Peet's Coffee

I had driven right by this Peet's location for years without noticing it. Glad I stopped in. My only complaint is that there paper towels and toilet paper we're out in the men's restroom. Otherwise it was a perfectly likeable coffee shop with delicious cookies.

Love their Oolong Tea! Coffee is delicious! Fast friendly service. I really like the cafe atmosphere as well. Love grabbing a drink with a friend here.

Not that I am a big Starbucks fan, and as a disclaimer, I do use Peet's beans at home but somehow, not sure if it was just the batch or the standard taste at the Cafe, the drip tasted dark and burnt. I won't hold it against them as the service was immaculate, the mugs felt like home and the the Cafe felt like your living room.

Been there 4 times and every time the Service hasn't been that great. seems like everyone there hates their life. And the old guy thati think owns the place thinks he is god's gift to the coffee and beverage industry always has a comment or complaint about something. Yet he runs a coffee shop that is nothing but a knockoff of Starbucks.

This place has the best customer service of any coffee shop. They are polite and took the time to help me with my wife’s order because I wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted. Haha.

I am on a diet due to an illness that doesn't allow me to have a lot of things, including caffeine, sugar or dairy. Stinks when you LOVE coffee. They have decaf espresso, so I wanted a late. They also have almond milk, but it contains cane syrup. I asked one gal if I could bring in some of my own almond milk that was unsweetened, for them to make me a late with. She kindly said yes! However, when I went to the cashier (a different gal), after getting my almond milk, she said they couldn't use it with their steamer. Now, I DO understand why, if for some reason it had been some other substance, it could ruin their steamer...however, the contradiction in what they told me, and what they did was discouraging and embarrassing for me. It's so hard to find any place that I can have a good drink, and I had my hopes up, only to be dashed. To add onto this all, it has been freeeezing cold both times I have been there, to the point where I cannot type on my computer, and their wifi was extremely slow. My husband and I will not be returning to this Peet's location. However, I'm sure we will go to a Peet's in general again. We've enjoyed other locations.

Peets coffee is my absolute favorite. This location is very convenient and everyone is very friendly that works here. The order is always on point and you can tell they don’t rush to make it like some other drive thru places!

Live Peet's ..love that I can bring my husky and enjoy the outdoor tables -- and they have one of the best Chai Lattes in Naperville -- peppery, creamy and not overly sweet!

Love Peet's! Havana Cappuccino is my favorite, but their coffee is just really good, not burnt tasting.

Really good coffee and sandwiches friendly service definitely recommend
