Peet's Coffee

I have been a fan of Peet's since frequenting the original locations as a college student in Berkeley, and this location has the same excellence in service and quality. I got the matcha frappe and a croissant for $8. Loved the frappe - had the right amount of sweetness and flavor, and service was top notch too. Went in on a relatively busy Sunday morning and got it in a few minutes. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating which is a huge plus too.

Cappuccino was good, the place was super busy in the morning but the service was great.

My fav place for coffee, their Havana cappuccino is the best. However, the service we received today wasn’t upto the mark, I ordered three havana cappuccinos through the Peet’s mobile app to pickup in store. Upon reaching the store, I noticed that the coffees weren’t placed in the order ahead section so thought it’s still being made. After standing and waiting for a few mins, I saw three coffee cups put on the surface closer to the person making it, when I asked for my order and about why the cups weren’t placed in the order ahead section? They mentioned about having too many orders and no space on the order ahead rack, however there was plenty of space to fit more than 3 cups so felt a bit disappointing. The havana cappuccino tasted amazing.

I don't consider myself to be a coffee bean aficionado; however, I do enjoy a hot cup of good customer service. This location has great, friendly, and professional staff that almost make up for paying the outrageous markups that all cafes charge for percolation. Keyword: ALMOST. The positive lean of this rating is contributed mostly by the wonderful employees. If this were a review of the staff, it would display 5 happy stars. This is not a review of the staff alone; thus, the negative slant of this review is attributed to Starbucks...I mean Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf...I mean Pete's, I think...Right?

The drink was a mobile order. It came out lukewarm and took longer to make than orders placed in the store.l after I arrived. The bathrooms were appalling. Will not go back to this Pete’s location 🤢

Barista Conner makes the best late and is super friendly. Just the right temperature with beautiful latte art. Note to self: ask for Conner.

Nice location. Just off of a Safeway in Milpitas. Seevice was quick. Nice place to take a break.

Always fresh coffee here, and if you need an extra cup, get a refill for $1.25

Just went today 3/4/2020 and one of the cashiers forgot my side bread. I was waiting there for a few minutes .....🙄🙄🙄 not only am I late but now in a bad mood. No people and they still messed up my order. I should have gone to Starbucks where they do not forget my order early In the morning. NO MORE GOING HERE AFTER THIS. I shouldn't remind them over my order as one chit chats

The best national chain coffee - Hands down. Their dark roast is smooth and easy to drink. This location has some of the nicest and most attentive baristas. My husband described a drink (a toxic, 6 oz, 2-shot latte) and the barista informed him (w/o condescension) that it was called a Cortada. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
