Horrible place. I was driving by this morning and thought Id get something to eat. I ordered I believe the kale quiche (vegetarian). I pulled up to enjoy it and as I took the first bite, I noticed the bacon. I called and told them that they had given me the wrong one. The woman was very apologetic and told me to come back for either a refund or to get the one I had initially ordered. I told her that I wanted a refund because I had lost my appetite. No offense to anyone but I do not eat pork for religious reasons so to me it's a big deal, but I do however understand that mistakes do happen. As I pulled up to the window, she quickly handed me the other quiche that I didn't want, although I clearly told her over the phone I preferred a refund and I showed her the uneaten quiche. I didn't say anything, I just took it and drove off. Needless to say that both quiches ended up in the garbage. I am not a Pete's customer, and I know after this experience, I will never go there again. Oh and before I drove off, she said that she could take my name down so that I can get a free drink next time. My name down??? so the next time when I come back I have to tell whomever takes my order that my name is written somewhere and that I should be getting a free drink. Utterly ridiculous. I know she didn't mean that. If she really wanted to give me a free drink for the next visit, she could've handed me a $5 gift card.

Very nice place for a cup of coffee. Excellent staff. The music is kept at a comfortable level where one can have a conversation. ...needs a remodel. One of the best coffee shops in the area. Again ... the staff is excellent. Watch out for this young lady ... the coffee queen. She is quite wonderful ... and makes a killer cup of joe.

The menu and prices are very similar to Starbucks, but this place manages to feel more comfortable, like a neighborhood hangout. There's also a reading nook with books contributed by the chain and customers, that you can read in-house or take home if you wish. You can also leave your own books here for others to enjoy. The coffee flavors are good to great, at least on par with the other major coffee houses.

Being that I'm originally from California I have to say Peet's is my Favorite coffee company and I was thrilled they had one on my road trip to Chicago and the best thing it was just around the corner from my friends. It was easy to find and the drive thru person was the best. I have to say he was so friendly towards us it was great. We talked about turtles lol!! I always order The Black Tie for years now its the best of great tasting coffee and that sweet delish at the bottom that you mix into the best coffee you will ever experience. I've learned because I move often and travel the Apps on my phone are the best way to stay in touch with my favorite places.

I had a chocolate Carmel frappe and it’s was amazing. My wife had the pumpkin spice iced latte and I tried it, it was just as good. Download the app and start earning rewards.

Love all the Peets but this one has a drive through which I've never seen back home in Northern California. Tons of power plugs by the tables too.

🗣around my birthday last year I noticed how frequently my mobile orders for Starbucks would get denied. Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson said the coffee company is not facing a shortage of supplies in cups and coffee.....hhmmmmm I thought to myself. Then why cant I order my.....nvm😁Per usu EYE searched for another location to fulfill my food&frapp necessities. And there Peet's Coffee was, glaring at me from Naperville right off of Ogden Ave. Rq, why do we say 'off of' Ogden when clearly it's on Ogden🤔But anyway, almost 2 months ago I read Starbucks is calling it's supply shortages TEMPORARY. WAIT. Didn't Kevin Johnson already report this wasn't a ting and now it's temporary lol. The supply-chain disruptions are not commercially unique but denying the reality of a failed attempt to deliver product during a global pandemic mos def is🙃Moreover, EYE haven't had any major issues with Peet's. Minuscule errors here and there but nothing worth removing myself from. If you're exhausted from what other companies are short on, I highly recommend Peet's, especially the frapps🙂❗

Amazing coffee and Lattes!
I love this location, plenty of great seating inside and outside. Great selection of bakery and even a book nook for readers.
They definitely are more friendly atmosphere than the Starbucks on Ogden in Naperville!!

Delicious coffee and croissants. The building is very clean and light. The staff was friendly and got things out timely.

Peet's is great craft coffee. This is one of their best Chicagoland locations. Unfortunately, word of their greatness has gotten around so creative parking may be in order when you visit.

Drive-through. Great coffee. Friendly baristas. Good extras. Spacious comfortable seating with a thoughtful mix of more laptop and group-friendly seating. Usually not too loud.
