Peet's Coffee

Nick did such an awesome job, and he and the other gentleman working were so polite and had such upbeat attitudes! We got a couple pastries and sandwiches and they were really good! Our drinks were really good and my husband said his caramel macchiato was the best he had ever had (and he always gets that at Starbucks). We really appreciated how they take covid restrictions seriously.

Great experience every time! Usually go through the drive through and the last few times Steven has been at the window. This guy literally makes my heart happy with his friendly personality. Called and spoke to the Manager, after I left the drive through to be sure he shared this compliment, and he was very nice and professional as well. Great staff 🙂

I have been a long time consumer of Peet's Espresso (Nespresso pods from Costco), but this was my first time ever at an actual Peet's coffee house.

It was AMAZING!
The environment was great and so was my Americano. Everyone was SO friendly. The icing on the cake was when my new friend Phil (manager) told me the whole origin story of Peet's and then pulled me a fresh espresso shot that was one of the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to bring my wife here as this is going to be our new regular spot.

First time trying Peet's coffee at their store...it was really COMFORTABLE and RELAXED. I tried their light roast, it was not too bad considering it was black (no cream or sugar). It went down smooth! There are really CUTE coffee mugs and tea equipment, as well as French pressers... Would definitely return !

Same experience as someone posted 4 months ago. My husband and I went inside to order. He wanted to use the restroom but was told both were occupied. Waited 10 minutes for a restroom to open up. Was told they were still occupied, one by an employee and probably a customer in the other. There were only about 5 us inside and no unattended orders on the tables. Tried the restrooms again. Still locked. Waited a bit longer and then left. If they don't want customers to use their restrooms during COVID just say so. Pretty sure there was no one in there. Coffee was ok.

Logan went above & beyond to take care of me today. He was very understanding, and deserves a raise.😇👏🏻 I’ll be returning because of him.

Great coffee and they typically have more holiday / seasonal blends than Starbucks. Peppermint cold brew is really good. I don't drink a lot of coffee, but the cold brew always tastes better to me, more smooth.

Great place to study/do homework. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. One employee in particular, Steven is a freaking national treasure. Always so pleasant to talk to and extremely kind! They make my day brighter when I grab coffee from there!

Having worked at Peet's coffee before, this store in particular doesn't seem to follow the same customer service guidelines as the Chicago stores. I just got a tea with milk and it wasn't filled all the way, last time I went my order was messed up and i had to go back. I doubt I'll be going outta my way anymore to try and get to this location. Every time I go i end up disappointed. Not worth it. Make your stuff at home.

Update: after trying to fix the drink after getti gnome, there was no saving the drink. I called the store and Manager Mario was EXTREMELY helpful. Management at Peet's is exemplary.

I've been going to Peet's for over a year now and everytime it's been an enjoyable experience. The interior of the shop itself gives welcoming and cozy vibes, and with the smell of pasteries and coffee, you almost don't want to leave. Their wide array of pasteries and coffees are truly wonderful. I usually get the dark roast drip coffee, with no cream or sugar, and it still is one of my favorite blends yet. Service at Peet's has always been fast and polite, even in the drive through. All in all, I recommend anyone who wants a good coffee, and a smile, to go to Peet's.
