Peet's Coffee

I came in after work. The location is clean and well organized. I ordered a breve latte that came out at the perfect temperature and tasted great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The seating is ample and there is no problem hanging out for a spell.

I usually really like this location but I've never visited during a morning rush. This morning I had to wait at about 5 minutes for a bakery item and 10 for my coffee. I understand the morning rushes are craaazy, but I noticed one older employee that seemed to not know how to handle the chaos. Another customer asked if drinks on the counter were hers and he literally put his hands in the air and said 'I didn't make them so I don't have any idea what they are.' That was painful for me to witness since I work in customer service and I would have asked my many coworkers to verify that customer's order was hers. And a blonde woman that I took for being the manager noticed a new menu item on a ticket and told someone she didn't know what it was. Isn't there training for new menu items? I ordered the chicken an waffle sandwich, it's good even though it wasn't stacked very well

Coffee is good but the baristas don’t care. They just dump the milk/coffee. Also, only paper cup.

This what $6.20 gets you? A half a cup of a matcha drink? Smh. This is untouched btw as I got it delivered and the straw is still there. Would not recommend.

Its the Cheers of Naperville and the surrounding areas. Its very easy to become attached to this place... great owner who works alongside his staff, the drinks are well made and consistent and the staff are always pleasant and happy to see you.

Extremely disappointing. Rude, rushed staff. The 2nd or 3rd time I have gotten the wrong coffee order after placing the order ahead of time and waiting the line to pick it up. Staff didn’t even apologize nor offer to comp ANY of the orders after I had to drive back. Overall atmosphere of carelessness and apathy. Won’t be returning as the coffee is expensive and orders are rarely correct.

They have the best vegan breakfast sandwich I've had. The horchata drink with oat milk was really tasty as well. The staff was super knowledgeable about the vegan items. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely one of my favorite commercial coffee spots. Coffee is always good, I'm a black dark roast, American, cold brew fan. The coffee is always fresh, and staff is helpful and friendly.

I've seen this place in the neighborhood for years and finally decided to try it, especially after being underimpressed recently at another coffee chain in the area. At Peet's I was happily surprised by some cool options on their menu and have really been enjoying the Havana Cappuccino. It hits the spot. The staff are also very friendly. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks! 😄

Best coffee anywhere. The foam on the Cappuccino is far better than competition.
