The food was amazing! The atmosphere was tranquil. The staff were professional and accommodating when explaining the menu. Will definitely be going back for a date brunch. So exciting to have this cafe in my neiborhood. So refreshing.

It is a nice, quaint, coffee shop with a surprising amount of food options. There is the typical Cafe vibe at Afro Joes. There are outlets littered along the walls with tables and chairs. It's great for students or maybe the "wfh" employeee who needs a change of scenery, but also good for a small brunch date on the weekend. There's even a nice patio area as well, perfect for those who enjoy the coming cooler weather. We visited around noon on a Saturday, just to catch an hour of live music while we waited on our drinks and food. The drinks were elegant. We had the "The Victoria" and the "Cinnamon Bun Latte" both were reasonably priced. We tasted "The Outwest Wrap", The Southside Grilled Cheese" and "The Chicken Bacon Ranch". The Southside was my favorite and since I got the last one of the day, you can assume it's a local favoriteas well. The outwest wrap and cbr were lighter fares for the more health conscious but nicely portioned that a wrap can be shared. The service was great really making Afro Joe's a great local spot with a ton of charm and I definitely recommend it.

I work right across the street. The food and drinks are really good. So happy they finally have a place to eat in this area that doesn't require driving.

An amazing coffee & tea house that is family owned and operated by a Beautiful family in the 🤎 of Auburn Gresham. A shops where you feel like your with family everything makes you feel at home from the comfort food, to the Black Art, to the sounds that will have you dancing and singing while sipping a Cookie Butter latte, to the connection of soul that meets you at the door. My fav part it’s BLACK OWNED!! Go grab a cup tell ‘em their “cousin” sent you ☕️

New to me in this neighborhood. Very clean and pleasing to the eye. Everyone greeted me like they were genuinely pleased to serve.
I at first balked at my price for a sandwich but immediately changed my mind because the panini was FABULOUS!! I could not find anything petty to downplay it!.
It was served piping hot deliciously seasoned. I'll definitely patronize AFRO JOES again. This is definitely a fresh addition to this area. Great to know I can sit awhile with my laptop as well.

Ok..this was my first time here. I'm glad to have such a wonderful coffee house with such community minded owners. They are doing good for & with the neighborhood ! My only regret is that I didn't get here earlier. get here earlier

I ordered a ginger turmeric chai tea and the Englewood sandwich. Both were amazing, especially the sauce they used on the sandwich. It was evident that high quality ingredients were used, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was great and the team was really friendly as well! Will definitely be coming back.
