Afro Joes Coffee & Tea

This morning was my first time going to afro Joe's and I am excited to say it was an awesome experience. Not only was the coffee delicious but the owner and employees were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back!

Great atmosphere and great service food is delicious I recommend the wrap and the iced mocha.

I was visiting friends in the area. We're really into good coffee, and are always looking for new places to try. We stumbled upon this new place and were not disappointed! By far, Afro Joe's was the best latte I've had in the city. The atmosphere inside was also pretty awesome. Laid back and a good place to work/study if needed. Their baked goods selection was out of this world. My boyfriend got a cinnamon roll and loved it. They have a great selection of hot foods as well, and they all smelled delicious. We can't wait to come back and try more food and drinks. If you're in the southwest side, definitely check out Afro Joe's. You won't be disappointed!

The Bronzeville breakfast sandwich is the bomb! The coffee is delicious too.

Me and my mother ventured to Afro Joe's today and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the lavender white chocolate mocha and was a little worried about the lavender, but the drink was DELICIOUS! I wish they offered it in a bigger size. I also tried the short rib grilled cheese and it was excellent. The ambiance and vibe was EVERYTHING! I'll definitely be back❤️

This place was a great experience. The lavender lemonade was some of the best, fresh lemonade I've ever had. The wrap was delicious, tasted fresh, and offered a healthy option like much of their menu. Grabbed a coffee to go. They get their coffee beans from Metropolis which is a solid specialty roaster from Chicago so the coffee was great. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back as often as I can!

In the spot where city grange used to be. Ordered takeout but had to enjoy the band’s vibes on a Saturday morning, will have to get here early next time and enjoy a meal.

I took everything to go because the cafe was full of people enjoying the great music and atmosphere. Definitely want to go back! What a cool place! The banana pudding cake thing I got was soooo good😍 also the prices were amazing

Hello!!! I had to comment after discovering this restaurant a few days ago. My all time favorite drink is white chocolate Mocha at star bucks but Afro Joes taste even better. I’ve had the panini press sandwich as well as the breakfast sandwich and both are great. Next, I want to try the grilled rib and cheese. I’m glad to have found a new coffee and breakfast spot.

Will definitly be back. Prime rib grilled cheese was divine, I miss them in Aunurn Gresham, but this is a great location.
