Dutch Bros Coffee

Wow! The customer experience at the pole line road location was everything people at duch brothers HQ would want. The person taking our order asked all about our road trip, gave us the full review of the menu. The gal who gave us our drinks was also very interested in our vacation plans. Just a super positive experience. Drinks were good, but honestly is go back just to have a great experience.

This is the slowest Dutch bros I have ever been to. I’m from Oregon where they originated, so I love Dutch Bros and have been to many different stands. However, I hardly come anymore because every time I do it takes at least 20-25 minutes to just get through the line and today there were only 3 cars in front of me. Drink was good, but the wait is ridiculous

A great place to come to if you feel like getting your day ruined! Slow service and they have a young gentleman who will give you his opinion on your name! His exact words “im so sorry your parents named you that” in a very offensive way. Never going back to this location thats for sure!

We just love this location on pole line. Some of the people working there my wife knows from when they went to school with our kids. Great coffee as always

So I would give this 5 stars, but herein lies the reason as to why I won't. I live an hour and a half away from here, so when I visit Twin Falls to do shopping this is the first thing we stop for. Its a well earned treat for the long day of shopping and crowds that lies ahead. So we got here and the line was 10 cars deep on each side, which isn't a big deal, as its something that is usual for this location. But the kid that took my order must have been new, or not listening to half of what I said, because his response to everything I said was "what was that again?" After ordering it took about 15 minutes to get through the line to the drive through. Again, time doesn't play a role in any of this, as I'm always expecting some kinda wait here as popular as this place is. Anyways we get our drinks and drive away without tasting them. I pulled out on to the highway and finally had my well deserved drink of deliciousness, and it tasted like caramel water. Well, watered down caramel however you want to describe it. I was fairly disappointed. The only saving grace for DB is the fact that there is another one about 2 miles from this one. So I promptly drove there, they were gracious and kind, made our drinks correctly, and had us on our way. So besides the hour of time that I spent at one location and then the next, I'd say it was kinda worth it I guess. All in all, just an OK experience.

I have yet to find a Dutch Bros that isn't awesome. It was Drink One for Dane that day so we had to make a detour on our road trip to the nearest DB. It was well worth the detour for the drinks, but the cherry on top is supporting the cause to end ALS.

Wonderful service, but why did the stop asking if I'd like to add a tip when I use my card? I never have cash so if they don't ask I sometimes forget.

Not only are the drinks great but the customer service at this location was top notch. We stayed in Twin Falls ID for 2days. Came here both days. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly. Asking about out day and plans while we waited for or drinks to be made. Very friendly and genuine. We will be back. TY

What an amazing experience we had! Wished i would’ve got the girls name working Thursday morning she did excellent!! Everything tasted great, super fast, & friendly

If you’re having a bad or off day go to Dutch Brothers!! Seriously, their employees are so positive and uplifting. I’ve heard and read so many positive stories about Dutch Brothers. I personally have never had a bad experience there. Keep up the good work!! You never know the impact you have on others!
