Dutch Bros Coffee

Seriously the best experience I've ever had at a coffee place! The customer service was amazing! The lady who asked me for my order was knowledgeable about the products and was so friendly! When I got up to the window the guy checked to make sure they had the order correctly and was super friendly as well. I felt as if I had been coming here for years! I will make sure everytime I am in twin falls to come to this dutch bros! I am so overly impressed!

Went for my very first time and it was delicious! I got my drink for free because it was my first time, wasn't expecting that so it was nice.

I'm all for having a good time, but when there are lines backed up to the dental offices and you are just chatting with your friends (never saw a drink passed to them) and showing them videos on your phone, that is ridiculous. Then my order wasn't made because it got "lost". This is why Twin needs more coffee choices because not everyone has 30 minutes to wait for a flavored latte.

We only have been here once, can I say it will now be a regular stop for us! The chai was amazing, the iced coffee with two shots sublime! The gentleman that took our order was wonderful and patient even though it was Black Friday and they were super busy! He was kind and helped us order without a menu (we shot right past the board... Oops!) We will be back everytime we are in town just because of the amazing service we received on our very first visit by the whole staff (guy at the window was super happy too!) :) 👍👍👍

Great coffee and even better service! Staff is so fun and are a joy to hang with while waiting for our order. Absolutely 💯 recommend

This was my first time going to a Dutch Bros. I will say that the staff was absolutely amazing, super kind and really funny. Since it was my first time they gave us free drinks which was amazing. However I will have to say the drinks were lacking just a bit.
When I go to get coffee I am expecting a certain level of coffee flavor, these drinks were actually very sweet. It was just the normal Mocha mind you.
If you like sweet drinks the place is great. If you don't mind sweet drinks the place is great. If you don't like sweet drinks I would not recommend however the place was still great.

Their friendliness and positive vibes really made my night! It was our first time there and both our drinks were free. The awesome employee also gave my pup a sweet treat. Everyone left super happy!

What a fun place because the staff is friendly and appear to really enjoy their jobs! After we paid for our coffee and pastries and were picking up our purchases the staff discovered this was out first visit. Evidently your first visit to Dutch Brothers is on the house! They refunded our money and we drove off enjoying our coffees and orange cranberry muffin tops. Thanks Dutch Brothers! We'll be back!
