Slow by Slow Coffee

This is a great spot downtown for great coffee in a clean and unique environment. The large tables are great for collaborating with others, and the smaller tables are perfect for zoning in on a book or a project. The folks at the counter were super nice and fun. I’ll be back when I return to Boise.

They have smoothed out any rough edge's in delivery and atmosphere is on point for a deep experience in the cafe seating area. Big bench table style.

I'm not a coffee drinker. I love the stuff, but it gives me far too much anxiety. While that's the case, Slow by Slow has a wide variety of refreshing teas. This coffee shop remains one of my favorites around downtown Boise and I hope it sticks around for a long time.

Oddly enough, the older I get the less I like cream in my coffee. Sugar or anything sweet was nixed a long time ago. However, just because I like black coffee doesn't mean all black coffee is created the same. If you try a pour over from Slow By Slow, you will see what I mean. I recommend the Uganda, it's amazing!

This is the best coffee in Boise! Their seasonal drinks are inventive and delicious. My only complaint is that the seating is very clinical and uncomfortable. Staff is friendly.

Slow by Slow is a must every time I’m in Boise. This is the place I go when I want a well-prepared and intentional cup of quality coffee. The menu is limited, but every drink is prepared perfectly. Even with a longer wait you’ll want to try this awesome spot in downtown Boise. PS if they have the cinnamon roll GET IT. So good!

Great coffee! One of the best places in town for sure. You can tell they put a lot of time a care into what they do. Wish they were open a little later so I could make it there more often but whenever I get a chance to make it downtown it's in the top 3 places to go. 👍🏼

Best Coffee Ever! I am not a huge coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee I am very picky. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and was thrilled at how good their espresso was. Before I left I grabbed a second cup to go! Thank you for bringing a fantastic coffee experience to Boise.

Made a breakfast coffee stop while I was on a long road trip. I wasn’t expecting much but this place is LEGIT. I had an espresso and a pour-over coffee (combo) and a danish (an apple turnover thingy)... ALL were world-class. Great staff, cool architecture, and free WiFi.

I’m fortunate enough to have visited hundreds of coffee shops all over the world, this small shop in downtown Boise can definitely hang with the big boys.
