Slow by Slow Coffee

This café is tucked between two otger stores and is a great place for groups meet-ups with larger tables than the average place. The decorations are a mix of modern minimalism and local pieces that seem out of place wity the industrial cieling and chairs. Nonetheless I spent several hours here reading and Enjoying my latte.

Service was awesome, super friendly and efficient. Pointed the way to bathroom, also brought my drink outside right to me. I got one of the pour overs just black, with no cream and sugar but it was very weak and watery. I wanted to enjoy it more but besides the smell, it was lacking in depth. I want to give it another chance but there’s so many coffee places in the area, I may not get back to it.

This is your place if you love espresso. Tried both varieties they had available and they were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone knows what a high quality shot tastes like. They can pull one!

Fancy coffee place and even have special blend that fresh dripping coffee made to order. However, the one that I got the description was impressive, but not really for me as it's sour. Perhaps from light roasted beans? The other latte was just ok, not as strong as I like.

There are some great coffee shops in Boise, but Slow is the absolute best by far. I get coffee here many times a week. My go to drink is a quad "old fashioned" mocha. Highly recommend them!

Slow by slow sources great coffee from amazing roasters. The quality is always top notch. I've enjoyed being able to try coffee from roasters that I would not otherwise know about or have access to trying.
