A serious contender for my new favorite Boise coffe spot. Excellent coffee, single origin craft roasts from all over the world, served pour over style. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Even if you're not super into coffee you'll feel comfortable here, but if you ARE really into coffee then this is a must-visit. Comfortable seating and atmosphere, everything is clean. I will absolutely be back, and very soon. Go slow!

I don't know what it is about their coffee, but the two times I've gotten a latte, it's been the best EVER! I find myself craving it and looking for a reason to be in that area so I can stop by for more. Also very friendly, a great location, and very clean! I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful coffee, very friendly service. The cup of coffee I ordered was one of the best I've had for just straight coffee. Very low acidity, but strong flavor. I loved it! We also ordered the organic iced tea, it was great too - even came with a free refill! :-)

I travel a ton and try to find good specialty coffee in each town I’m in- Slow by Slow is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been in the US. Top quality beans from the country’s best roasters and world’s best producers. An absolute gem in the gem state!

This is not like your typical Starbucks. It’s a cozy place to enjoy different coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. The staff was helpful explaining the menu. I got an iced vanilla latte which was good however I need a little sweetness as I’m not a typical coffee drinker.

The chai latte was very flavorful. It was one of the best ones I've had. The largest size they have is 12oz which may be small for some folks.

Great coffee and service. Get the miso Carmel!

Although their namesake and service motto printed on their entrance espouse care and thoughtful coffee making, you won't have to wait too long before you grab your brew! Staff is always friendly and their concoctions are sure to satisfy the discerning coffee-drinker. Slow offers two blends: Ethiopian and traditional. I would recommend their Ethiopian blend for those seeking a sweeter finish, and their traditional for those who would like a more sharp aftertaste to their java. I'm visiting from out of town as I write this review, and have decided to make this location my go-to morning stop!

Serious wow factor. The coffee is excellent, and by far the best in town if you’re looking for something with more depth and not the over-roasted or over-sweetened routes of chain coffeehouses. The pastries are also delightful—I had the almond cardamom roll and it was fragrant, well-balanced, and a wonderful companion to the Ethiopian single origin pour over.
Beyond the coffee and pastries, the baristas are quite knowledgeable and friendly, and so willing to talk you through the menu to find what you’ll most enjoy. Coupled with the warm atmosphere, this is a spot you can easily spend an hour or two simply enjoying.

Currently my favorite coffee shop primarily because of how good there coffee is. On top of that, I love the vibe here with its mix of a modern interior and an old brick architecture. Given its rather small space for seating, it has one of the best locations for a coffee shop in Downtown Boise
