Visiting from Portland Oregon. This coffee shop totally reminds us of home. Excellent selection of coffees with rotating options. The staff are amazing and friendly. They remembered us when we came back the next day. All around a wonderful coffee spot that is like a little slice of the Pacific Northwest!

Enjoy the fact that they carry coffee roasters from all across the country and it’s a small intimate shop. They are very knowledgeable, including the owner Joe who you might catch serving up a latte on the rare occasion that he needs to check the shop mail. In short, take the time to check this place out, slow yourself down a little and enjoy a fresh brew when you’re in Boise!

Although I did not like my latte at all, the vanilla is just yuck, the baristas were both so amazing that they get a 5 star.

I’m visiting and Slow coffee is a great place to stop and take a break from the heat as you explore Boise. Slow has a great atmosphere, plenty of tables to work(lots of outlets conveniently located), relax, or play games with friends. The coffee is delicious and not overly sweet when you ask for their vanilla bean syrup. Definitely a place I would recommend!

I just started getting into hand grinding and using a v60 filter. The people that have helped me with questions at slow by slow have been very knowledgeable. And just two weeks I've bought four bags of really great coffees that I've really enjoyed. They will definitely be my source for this new exploration into coffee!

The muffin was on point loved give it a ten. The biscuits and gravy were fluffy and delicious just to much biscuits. I didn't order the potato's the server said there was only one kind I wish I would have tried them. Maybe next time if there is a next time. <3
